The pool was so dirty it was gray. That wasn’t even the worst part! They gave us our room key and when we got up to what we assumed was our room it turned out that whoever was in there before us was still there, and so was all their stuff. Shocked, we went back down to the front desk and they got us a new room, but a different style of room than the one I booked. Guess we’re cuddling tonight! On top of that, the AC in our room is broken???

Decent property to stay at on the cheap but wouldn’t recommend families going unless you enjoy the scent of marijuana and stumbling into teenagers drunk laying on hallway floor. One convenient feature of this hotel is the constant wake up call every few hours of the freight train horn as the track seem to run through the actual hotel. Another neat feature of this hotel is the need to reprogram your room keys everyday because they just stop working. Only good part is the close proximity to PNC arena but besides that meh!!

Great location for anyone traveling to NC State or PNC Arena. We were able to walk from the hotel to the rink and there were plenty of Uber options if the weather wasn’t so nice. Easy access to airport, highways, etc.

i love how there is a store and a mcdonald’s around the corner just in case you don’t want to drive you could just walk down and get some necessities or food.

Was one of the quieter nicer places to stay in the area with a descent price range, just wish there were more options within walking distance but there is a sheetz and McDonald’s .we usually go through Expedia to make reservations with no issues .however this specific hotel wants your card number immediately so they reached out via phone which I was not comfortable with at all. Never have issues about paying with lower star hotels

This was a very nice property. The room was very comfortable with chairs, desk, comfortable bed and clean bathroom. The price was very reasonable. The staff were friendly, professional, and accommodating. I recommend this as a good choice for people visiting Raleigh NC.

Overall, a great stay!!!!
Everything went smooth from check-in to check-out! Room was clean as was the property. Rating 4-stars due to the amount of light coming into the room (curtains didn't block all of the parking lot light). Will stay here again!

Nothings perfect
Staff were very nice and professional. The common areas and our room were clean. However, we really wanted to go swimming but the pool water didn't look right. It just didn't look clean. Also, for me the bed was too hard/firm and I know some people actually like their beds that way but I don't lol felt like I was fighting the bed all night because all I did was toss and turned. Oh and the pillows were stiff. I highly recommend they update the pillows other than that it was a nice stay and in a very convenient location. The breakfast was eh a little underwhelming as well but surpringly I'm not letting that affect my overall review of my stay. It wasn't horrible, it just wasn't the best breakfast I've had at a hotel.

Every single staff member that was onsite were great!!! I wish I could remember the names of everyone to post. Danyelle checked us in that night and there were two other gentlemen that helped at other times. Overall experience was great!!
