Made the reservation for 2 suites a week in advance and even called 2 days before our reserved stay to confirm the booking and asked if tyere were any other fees or details I should know. Was told the reservation was confirmed and that was it. The day we checked in, was told there is $150.00 deposit required for each room! That was not any where on this web site and I was not told when I called 2 days before. I was also told that no pets were allowed at all. Fine. The front desk clerk then told us the list of rules. Absolutely no smoking of any kind in any of the rooms or inside the facility, doing do would forfeit the deposit. Any thing taken from the room would automatically forfeit the deposit. If the room was left with an excess amount of trash, destroyed or any type of excessive mess, the deposit would be forfeited. I agreed and stated that none of those would be qn issue for my family. We entered through the door closest to one of the rooms, both of which being on the 2nd floor. As we made our way up the stairs, the smell of Marijuana was unmistakable. By the time we made it to the door of our room, thats all we could smell. Even into the room it was extremely strong. The one suite had more a few issues. The handle for the shower was so loose it was almost impossible to adjust the temperature for the water. The light over the microwave did not work at all. One lamp was missing the knob to turn it on and off. Many more issues with the room. Will never stay here again
