Firstly, your room rate was correct, however, on arrival the team did not collect the full amount from you which included your first night of stay and as a result you were undercharged - please accept my humble apologies for the communication of this to you in saying that you were charged the wrong rate which was not the case.Secondly, the extra amount charged that you see was to account for the standard 3.5% processing fee on all international cards - I do sincerely apologize if this was not explained to you thoroughly upon payment. Once again, we are so very sorry for the miscommunication and misinformation of your booking with us on deaprture. Please rest assured that your feedback will be highlighted and passed on to the team for immediate attention and resolution to ensure a non-recurrence for future. Despite this, we are glad to hear that the property was to your liking and that most of our staff were able to provide good service to you during your stay.
