The hotel is very clean and spacious.
But there is one man at the reception, im not sure if he is the supervisor or receptionist that he disrespect his customer.
The receptionist lady was very good and she assisted me duting check in time, and she gave me a complimentary food as a welcome to thier guest.
The thing is just about to give me the key of my room, and everything is done for the check in. And there is one guy came and ask her that which room you give? And the lady receptionist told him the room #, and he suddenly telling her that " NO, DON'T GIVE IT TO THEM, GO AND I WILL FIX IT", because there is one regular customer and he wants to priority them. The thing is ge must to apologize for me, as i heard everything in my front. Just next time try to be more professional when it comes on your customer either vip or not vip should be treat equally.
