チェックイン時、オーナーらしき女性に温かく迎えていただきました。目の前にビーチ、ロケーションは最高です。カードキーを紛失しちょっとブルーな気分になりましたが、また再訪したいです。

Nice hotel right on the beach
I booked the Suite Seaview room. It was a very good room with a very large balcony. I would say the balcony was probably as big as the room. As the room description says we had a sea view and from the balcony you can see the entire length of the island. The room was very clean but the bathroom did smell a bit in the late afternoon and evening but keeping the door closed kept the smell away from the rest of the room. The restaurant attached to the hotel served very good Thai food. There was some noise coming from a nearby bar in the evening but not enough to disturb us. Be warned that the songthaew from the ferry port cannot take you to the hotel front so there is maybe a 5 minute walk to the hotel from where it stops. Also, this room is on the 4th floor and there is no lift. So I would not recommend if you have problems with your legs.

Second stay in this hotel
Good value for your money. Hotel in front of the biggest beach on Koh Samet. Not too noisy either

We had a relaxing 3 night stay at this hotel. It is right on the beach,with many eating options close by. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly,and the free wifi is good.

Hotel is right on the beach and has everything you need. The staff are all attentive. The girl on reception is a very nice person. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Beware that there is four floors (8 flights of stairs) and no lift if that could be a problem.

Service, location excellent but hotel not so much
Great attentive service in hotel and restaurant! Absolute beachfront location! We stayed in top floor family suite with two bedrooms. They were only connected via the terrace and not indoor - not good for our kids who didn't want to sleep 'alone'. We ended up with dad and one kid in one room, and mom and other kid in the other room. We might as well have had two next door double rooms. The suite is better for older kids, or even two couples. Hard beds, smelly toilet. 4th floor and no elevator, which may be a dealbreaker for some. Large private terrace with wonderful view over beach and sea, when standing up. View is blocked by concrete when sitting down in lounge chairs. Good location on the beach, evening party music was not even close to be on a disturbing level. We used hotels.com bonus nights, but as a whole, it was overpriced unless you really love concrete.

Great location just by the beach!
Perfect location just in front of the beach. Nice and clean room with great Wifi. The bathroom was big and had a good water pressure on the shower. The AC in the room cooled really well. The staff was very helpful. I asked one of them to charge my mobile phone because I forgot to bring my charger with me and it was no problem at all.

Dåliga rum saknar allt som gör att du vill tillbringa tid på rummet, stelt och kargt, betongväggar omålade. Men framförallt att kyl anläggningen på rummet inte fungerade, ingen reception efter kl 21 så det gick inte att klaga heller, vi fick genomlida en svettig natt.

Utmärkt läge, mitt på stranden! Personalen i receptionen var hjälpsamma och trevliga. Vad gällande frukosten kan man välja ”buffén” (inte bra) eller att beställa ”american breakfast” (bra). Hotellet har en restaurang i samma byggnad som har god och prisvärd thaimat.

A bit crowed of chinese tourists. a bit luud at night. woke up by door smashed. Room was nice as they call. boutique hotel. breakfast can be better than that. Hotel owner is so kind. easy to access to restuarant, 7-eleven etc. but if you looking for the place to relax and quiet. this area is not what you should stay.

Det første rommet vi fikk var det bare 2 senger og vi hadde bestilt for 3 personer. Vi betalte for oppdatering og fikk to samenhengende rom med felles balkong. Fantastisk utsikt fra dette rommet.
