The coffee station available 24/7 was great! We had delicious lattes and hot chocolates on our stay. We also were able to check in early. Thank you!

The room was large enough to accommodate a family of (5) which was great, but the pool was disgusting. There was hair all over the floors, green algae growing in the pool and the overall area was very dirty.

Great stay but no pet welcome package
The place was great. Breakfast was better than comparable hotels. My only disappointment was the lack of the pet welcome package. I was told their supply ran out.

The family suite room was great! All beds were very comfortable. The A/C was a bit hard to regulate, but overall it was a great place to stay.

Happy with our stay except the bathroom floor was filthy… not washed from previous guest. I was able wash it To my liking but would have preferred to not have had to clean it.

There’s a train that wakes you up at night because it literally shakes the bed for 10-15 minutes every 3-4 hours. Not fair to guests. I would not book here again.

The suite was awesome gave everyone in my family enough room to enjoy their stay and not be on top of eachother. Staff was friendly & attentive too. Pool was the only underwhelming thing about our stay but was still decent & clean

The hotel is very clean. Staff are friendly. Our room was good except for the small cramped bathroom , worn out towels and awful tissues( someone looked long and hard to find such an awful product!!)also the breakfast was terrible … extremely poor quality food, inedible omelettes and bacon.

Very nice staff. Easy to work with but the towels and linens smelled like they had been left in the washing machine for a day before being out in the dryer.
