I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. check in was fast and easy, the place is clean and smells nice, the room was also very clean and quiet, and I really enjoyed the Japanese restaurant in the building. Breakfast was also a plus.

The switch failed to connect me with my room. There should be better outdoor lighting on the East (entrance side) of the motel.

The only complaint is that the room was very cold, they should turn on the heat when they know the room is booked. It took three hours before it was comfortable. Sat in my coat and boots Also, people with pets should be on the first floor, not climbing a long flight of stairs and down to the very end of hallway, my dog just had surgery to repair a broken leg.

Clean room with a good, firm bed. Bedding & towels were fresh. Room is cold when you first walk in, but the heater works well & my room got warm & cozy.

The bed was not changed from the previous people. When we rolled the sheets down to go to sleep, there were hairs all over. We ended up sleeping on top 9n the sheets.

Check in the guy didn’t tell us anything about breakfast and when we went to have breakfast at 9 it was closed. Could hear people having sex in the hallway it was not a great experience overall. Not going there again.

This hotel is very average, but does the job. The building inside and out is tired, and in need of an upgrade. Very good value for the money though. Good Desk people, and the Breakfast was reasonably good.
