Holes and stained sheets Windows extremely dirty on the inside Cigarette butts all over the property Lots of weed being smoked on the floor we stayed on, the smell walking down the aisle to get to our room. Toilet didn’t flush properly. This was the first comfort Inn I’ve stayed in that was not worth the amount of money I paid.

Room was clean besides the blankets with purple stains, not a big deal breakfast was good for hotel breakfast staff was nice

The property was not dirty exactly but didn't seem super clean. We got two queen beds but they seemed more like fulls. There was mud all over the floor at the entrance of our room. Also was odd the coffee maker was located in the bathroom even though there was a table in the room. I've had worse experiences in hotels but would rather not choose that hotel again.

Our bath tub was not cleaned out, the sink was leaking enough to leave a puddle underneath when using it, and the air conditioning unit was so loud we barely got any sleep. I understand renovations are being made but a dirty tub?

The property was right off expressway and several options for food, near Walmart and gas station. The room was ok, but we had ants all in bathroom. The black out curtains were worn and light was coming through both day and night. Housekeeping took the towels from our room daily and didn’t replace them I had to keep getting a new set from front desk. Front desk staff was courteous and helpful.

Had a very pleasant experience. We stayed here because my husband was staying here as a new Schneider employee going through their training. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly & helpful & the breakfast was very good!

Everything was broken, from the iron to the outlets and disrepair of the bathroom. Shower looked like it would give you tetanus. Carpet was coming up in the hallways, outlets were exposed, and the lobby floor felt like it had glue on it.

Very noisy! Lots of light coming in due to curtains not being hung properly so we did not get the sleep/rest we needed! They did not come in to clean the room, make the bed nor did they leave clean towels. We had to go ask for things we needed at the front desk. Overpriced for the service and condition of the room!

Very nasty shower!
My husband and I stayed here for a night. The next morning, I was taking a shower. There was a discarded female item left in the shower. When I checked out, I shared that I had found the item in the shower. No, I did not touch it or remove it. The manager was there and I was told that she was on the phone and would call me. She never, ever did!

The hotel is in the middle of a remodel. The room smelled of paint, the air conditioner didn’t work and still managed to make a loud noise all night as it tried to work. The baseboards were unfurnished and there were drops of drywall on the sofa. We left after one night and management said they would not charge us for the second night of our reservation. Very disappointed that Expedia was not aware of the situation at this hotel.

i Checked in at 3:45pm (45 minutes later than check-in) and seen they were still working on the room. So i came back about 30 minutes later and seen a male walking out of my room. Then i went to the front desk and they had no clue what was going on .. Overall experience was horrible, i will not be staying here again!!

Given keys to an occupied room. Keys to new room could not be made to work. Entry way and bathroom only lights that worked. Drapes found all up on the rod, not hanging in a usable way. Even when let down, did not block the light from parking lot.

Our first room, the key didn't work. The second room, which we stayed in, was not clean, curtains had holes in them, some lights either didn't work or were bulbs were burned out. Won't stay there again.

I would not complain much about this property as it might not be recently built. We were just staying there for 2 nights. Staffs are nice and answered to your questions patiently. Like their breakfast, besides traditional bread, bagels, cereal, and waffle, they provide yogurt, boiled eggs, sausage and scrambled eggs. There are few fast food in walkable distance. There are also some restaurants, pharmacy, and walmart are near by. So i was happy with my stay.

Friendly Staff, Dated Facilities
We stayed at this hotel over night because of a nearby softball tournament. The hotel seems to be under some sort of renovation. I think once they are complete it will help. The hotel is definitely older so the remodel is needed. The air conditioning in the room we stayed in barely worked but my brothers across the hall froze them out. The staff was friendly so that was a plus. The hotel was completely booked so I didn’t want to complain with no room available to be moved to. Overall we made due for one night but will likely not return at least until the renovation is complete if at all.

Even though it's right next to I-35, it was quiet in the room. Property is under remodeling, it needs some. They had just installed a new floor in bathroom and didn't hook up toilet properly. Leaked overnight. Many other rooms were being worked on. Might be better in a month or two.

Our overall stay was okay. It had everything we needed for a couple nights stay as we were going to Scarborough Faire which wasn’t far from the hotel. We didn’t mind the renovations but I thought our rooms could be a little cleaner (a few stains here and there) and before we left we saw a small cockroach 😬

Save your money!
When i first checked in i got 2 rooms. Tbe first room walked in noticed there was no counter or shelf in bathroom. Next room walked in and there was peoples stuff in it. Went to the desk they changed my room. There was DIRT ON THE SHEETS ON THE BED. the couch in the room was ripped and the bed in the fold out was strained. Woke up to take a shower in the first room noticed BLACK MOLD ALL ON THE FLOOR IN THE SHOWER AND THE BOTTOM OF THE WALLS. Talked to the dest and the guy said he would change my room so i got all my stuff out and put it in my other room. Left for the day came back and the guy never changed it. So i was going to cancel my rooms and leave but some how even tho the rooms was ALL BOOKED. a room opens up. They cleaned it and i got the room. Then noticed i was charged 2 times but it was taken care of and it was dropped. I wish i would have taken pictures!
