정말 편안하고 좋았습니다. 동네도 조용하고 라군에서 수영도하고. 야외수영장도 생각보다 작긴햇지만 좋았습니다.

The manager checked us in, he was very efficient & professional. Secure parking in the basement. The 2 bedroom apartment was luxurious & amazing in every way possible. We swam in the lovely pool watching the sunset, which was great for my kids on our last day in Australia. Wonderful Hotel.

We booked room through third party however pictures and description did not meet expectations. Original room was not up to 4.5 star standard. Staff and manager were apologetic and their service to go beyond to assist in whatever way they could saw us upgraded with a bottle of wine thrown in. Staff throughout the whole complex including bar and restaurant were great. Food best in a long time. A bit noisy on lower levels but good on higher levels. Will stay again. Recommended to book front or side facing rooms though.

I loved staying here as its so close to the Redcliff lagoon. While i love the beach I didn't want to deal with sand everywhere so the lagoon was perfect. The Sunday market is great if you get a chance to be there. The variety of restaurants is great too. The room we were in 505 was spacious & comfortable. The only thing I would encourage the property to have is dish soap & dish sponge. I was there for 4 nights 5 days and I wasn't eating out every day so there were dishes to be done. A small bottle attached to the sink with a pump action would be great. Also sheer curtains in the main bedroom given the level on which we were on & the opposite building could see into the room. I would stay here again for sure, especially room 505 or one that faced the sea next time.

Good Stay, wifi was a bit hit and miss, and they limit 3 devices per room. As we had a two bedroom apartment with 4 people, the limit of 3 seemed ridiculous, given all of us had two devices each (phones and laptops).

Water pressure for basin and shower poor. Basin drainage very very slow. Room had a deck cover based on louvers, which proved extremely noisy when on the deck or even when inside with doors all shut. Car parking limited for busy periods - needed to park on the street for two nights of our stay.

The water was not hot and I like a hot shower The balcony needs a patio cover it is extremely hot outside with no shelter No instructions on how the dishwasher works and the worst is internet connection was horrific, everyone I watched something on demand the show would stop and then return to the start . If I’m paying the high price I expect the high services Also the foyer are on this level 12 smells like musty water get rid of carpet it is really horrible

We enjoyed our stay. Beds were super comfortable. The 3 bedroom apartment had lots of space. Location made it easy to walk everywhere. Staff were lovely. Only negatives I have were the smell in the one of the bathrooms on entry and the carpets could do with a clean. We would stay there again.

Not overly impressed with this hotel. Staff was very service minded and helpful, but room was disappointing with an unusable terrace. Noisy surroundings and not very charming neighborhood.

This was the only “ apartment “ we stayed in during the trip .. we were in the Stamford Plaza Brisbane , the Shangrila Cairns , the Grand Mirage Gold Coast and all those hotels were top class .. the Oaks room had a lovely ocean view , but the room smelt of drains .. we think it was the shower but it permeated the whole room .. one lady on reception didn’t care at all when I raised the issue and said they were sold out so could only change us to a room with faulty air con .. as this would have been intolerable , we stuck with the smelly room . Apart from the unhelpful lady on reception , their was another lady , Rebecca who came up with air fresheners and some drain cleaner to try and help .. this did have a temporary effect and as we were there for a one night stop over , we put up with it .. by late evening the smell was back .. room 502 certainly needs the plumbing looking at before letting out to anyone else .. otherwise , the Mon Komo has a move restaurant and bar on site and is walking distance to lots of choice eating places .. so a great position .. it overlooks Moreton Bay and I’m sure is lovely if you get a nice room .. top marks to Rebecca for trying to help , and a black mark for her unhelpful colleague

Our 1bedroom apartment was clean and functional but the pathetic shower in the bathroom let it down. It wasn’t broken but the water pressure made it impossible to have a proper shower.

This is my second stay. First apartment was great and is why I returned. This apartment however is in serious need of a makeover. Dank smell from old and dirty carpet. Furniture is in terrible condition. The bed is two singles pushed together. This apartment would not pass as 4 star. Honestly they should lock the door until it’s upgraded. If you get offered unit 904 run for the hills

Property is becoming quite dated. TV's need to be updated as they must be over 10 years old. The furniture also needs updating and the carpets were stained. There was a great clump of someones hair left in my shower that was not cleaned - luckily i had a second shower.

I did not like the room it was shabby and looked out onto another apartment’s balconies. The car parking was confusing. The TV was not functioning properly. I would not stay there again.

Mon Komo Redcliffe...Nice, but a bit tired darling
This is our second time staying at the Mon Komo Redcliffe. This time we stayed for 8 nights as we had a number of family events over the week planned. On average... the price is reasonable (I guess). Around $300 (ish) per night for a 2BR Apartment (No daily cleaning service chosen). The same as last time, we love the Redcliffe area. The rooms are comfortable, but they are no longer fully aesthetically pleasing or completely functional (with out maintenance being called, at least once). Again, we had dirty and broken window dressings and blown light globes. The Dishwasher was barely functional and the internal baskets and dish racks were broken. The furniture was dated and tired, as is the carpet. The bathrooms have mould around the bottoms of the shower recesses and lack appropriate drainage, the water currently runs out from the shower in to the bathroom area (hence increase in MOULD). The Mon Komo has an upmarket reputation that is very much due to its function facilities and Bar area downstairs. Generally, the apartments are not as (freshly) depicted in the images on the internet. Those are definitely days gone by. The location is great, the service is great, secure parking included in the cost is great.
