Second time we have stayed here and first time microwave had pizza left in it from another customer. This time there was used tissue left in bedside drawer. Coffee pods were limited. No extra toilet paper, Beds were placed on old mattresses to raise them up. This property needs some real TLC. I give this property 1 *

I was going to arrive late, so I called the properly in the afternoon, before booking with Expedia, to ensure a late arrival of 12:30 am was ok. They said no problem and not to worry about it. I arrive at 1am, called the phone number on the desk. I received a surly respond and told to go elsewhere. I had a reservation. I stay in 100 motels per year. This place is unprofessional

It seemed like there was a smell to the room. Pillows smelt bad. Toilet paper was very low. No spare roll. Went to the front desk. No one there. Called the number no answer. Rang the bell no answer. Ram out of toilet paper so just used kneex. Nver

Showed up to a dirty used room. Then got put into a ground floor room that was so cold you could almost see your breathe. Took along time heat up the room. There was dog food and bobby pins on the floor so it had not been vacuumed. The front desk called at 9:45 and at 10:30 to see if we wanted to extend our stay…. Didn’t ask for a wake up call! Check in took almost a half hour despite calling an hour ahead as we were going to be there at 11:30pm. Will not be staying there again.

The Paradise Inn had the best value I have ever experienced. The room had a dinette and was right next to the guest laundry. 10/10 would stay again.

This property is new and well maintained. Full ketchen is so convient for us to prepare some easy meals. We can get anything We need in the room.

Check in staff were fantastic. Swapping my room from a shower room to a room with bathtub. He offered to walk in with me to room to Make sure it was clean as it hasn’t been cleaned that day but was for sure been clean recently he said. I said no problem. The overall room seemed clean except it’s a kitchenette suite I booked and I went to get a fork to eat dinner I had picked up from the drawer and all of the kitchen drawers are full of mice poop. It appeared to be some droppings behind the bed as well. I would recommend some pest control in the facility.

None of the services they offered were carried out, no maid service no complementary breakfast nothing. We had to ask for everything we didn't have in our room

the day we arrive at the hotel, young fella was very nice. the room we enter looks nice but later in evening, we were short on towels. the room was not sanitize as we can see fingerprints everywhere. i found whole box of pizza inside the microwave and it was mold. as we left in the morning to do our business, before we left, we left the sign on door to have our room clean. the bed was not made and all towels on floor.. also inside door of our room, we notice there was dog pee.stain we are not happy at all never again ill go back to that hotel

We were all totally impressed with our trip! The rooms were spacious, clean and nicely decorated. They even had a dishwasher in them.

Overall great place to stay; small rooms but i dont mind it. Only real criticism I have is that theres no breakfast (despite advertising for it) and the gym... there isnt any. Theres 2 cardio machine's and thats it. Other than that, place is great

Very quiet. Nice layout. Bed was super comfortable. The taps could use some clr as they sprayed all over. Booked 2 rooms and one was 3rd floor while other was first floor. One room has a huge jacuzzi tub but it was closed for some reason. All in all nice place.
