Oh my god this was the most confusing and stressful one night stay I have ever had at any hotel in my whole life. When we got there it was a whole mess. The manager was telling us that he received no payment from Expedia (Even though we showed him the receipt!!), and made me right down our credit card number on a piece of paper that he just tore off of an old receipt, which made me feel very uncomfortable. And then when we finally finished going back and forth trying to figure out what he was talking about, we just gave up and headed to the room. As soon as I laid my head down on the pillow he called the room and told me I forgot to write down the expiration date. So I get out of bed and go back down the hallway to argue and try to figure out just what the hell is going on. Still not a clear answer because I couldn’t really understand him. And then the next morning there is a charge for an additional $82 on my credit card! So I paid TWICE for one night because HE was having some issue with Expedia. My boyfriend tried to figure out why he did this. Still didn’t get anywhere (because you can’t understand him). So we ended up just walking out and calling Expedia immediately to get our money back. IF HE CAN’T FIGURE OUT HOW TO USE EXPEDIA, MAYBE HE SHOULDN’T LIST HIS HOTEL ON IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never again, do not even bother!
