The service was friendly. The bed was comfortable. The only setback was that I could smell marijuana in my room from out in the hallway or another room. I am a non-smoker so that was undesirable. Otherwise, the room was great for the price. I would stay there again.

The website said dogs were $10/night. They tried to charge me $25 saying the policy changed. For the price, it wasn't bad.

Parking was very limited. The three slots in front of the hotel were taken and it was not clear that there was more parking in back of the motel. The room looked like they forgot to finish the remodeling and the carpeting had thick dirt at the edges. I would decidely not recommend this motel until improvements have been made to the above issues.

The management at this hotel needs to take a few courses in CUSTOMER SERVICE. My reservation stipulated a room with a King size bed but they booked us in a Queen so I had to ask for a transfer and they were rather rude about it. Both the first floor and the second have a distinct "smoke" odor even though it's supposedly "SMOKE FREE". Parking is also a problem as apparently the business next door owns all the front parking except for 2 or 3 spaces so my husband got a nasty tongue lashing by the business owner even though the business wasn't even open at the time. Also, the back door of the building as a key-card pad BUT it doesn't work and anyone can enter the building thru that door!!! On the morning of check out, there was no one behind the counter or answering the phone in spite of the fact that they lived in the hotel.

I"m hoping they were remodeling as we walked around a mess to get to our room. Our reservations were changed from 2 queens to a king which worked ok for us but not what we had reserved. I was most bothered by the fact that the safety lock was taken off the door and not replaced. Had we been checking in earlier in the day we would have probably tried to change hotels.

Not pet friendly
I reserved a king bed room and chose this hotel because it said pet frienly and we have 2 small dogs we were bringing with for a funeral. We were refused the king room and only given the option of a 2 double bed room with dogs

Very basic hotel in a small town. The staff is very friendly and accomadating. The furniture in the rooms is a bit dated and showing its age, but everything is clean, fresh smelling and well looked after. Great place for a warm bed and hot shower at a reasonable price.

Oh my god this was the most confusing and stressful one night stay I have ever had at any hotel in my whole life. When we got there it was a whole mess. The manager was telling us that he received no payment from Expedia (Even though we showed him the receipt!!), and made me right down our credit card number on a piece of paper that he just tore off of an old receipt, which made me feel very uncomfortable. And then when we finally finished going back and forth trying to figure out what he was talking about, we just gave up and headed to the room. As soon as I laid my head down on the pillow he called the room and told me I forgot to write down the expiration date. So I get out of bed and go back down the hallway to argue and try to figure out just what the hell is going on. Still not a clear answer because I couldn’t really understand him. And then the next morning there is a charge for an additional $82 on my credit card! So I paid TWICE for one night because HE was having some issue with Expedia. My boyfriend tried to figure out why he did this. Still didn’t get anywhere (because you can’t understand him). So we ended up just walking out and calling Expedia immediately to get our money back. IF HE CAN’T FIGURE OUT HOW TO USE EXPEDIA, MAYBE HE SHOULDN’T LIST HIS HOTEL ON IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never again, do not even bother!

I had a reservation for 3 nights but only stayed 1. If I could have found any other accommodation I would have left night 1. Extremely dirty, outdated and unkept. My Room # was written on the door in marker. No towel racks, they have them stacked on the back of toilet and side of sink. White towels are grey. Parking is in the back where there is an overflowing dumpster and vehicle parked beside it that looks like someone is living in. No amenities like coffee or blow dryer.

Bedsheets felt damp every night; noise from guests above. Breakfast was a microwave sandwich from the front desk.

Disappointed in Wyndham
The bad: room wasn't clean. Floors were dirty, tub was dirty. Paint job sloppy. No stopper in sink. One oulet missing a cover. Not very many others guests, but the guest directly above us was walking the floors until 2 a.m. Sofa missing legs. The good: the front desk person was very polite. The AC worked.

They couldnt find my reservation but thankfully had a room open for me. The air-conditioning didnt work so we slept with the window open. The dead bolt on the door didnt go into the door pocket and the upper door lock was missing so we couldnt lock our door. The staff kept the room clean and was very friendly.

Rooms were very clean and bathroom had some nice little details that weren’t necessary (fanning towels, drawing back shower curtain, folding toilet paper, etc…). Beds were comfortable. Very nice for the price and guy was nice who checked us in/out. Coffee brewing when we left at 0630. Overall 👍
