Dear Joseph,Thank you for staying with us.We are deeply sorry for what happened with the garage: we are carrying out checks with the owners (this is a different management from ours) as we have never had problems even more serious like this.As regards ultrasound, however, we are sorry and also surprised by what happened: on our terrace, which as such is partially outdoors, we use a patented and certified bird-repellent system and in 5 years of activity it had not a situation like this has never occurred.If a small note is possible, we would have been pleased and it would have been more constructive for us to also receive evaluations regarding the other services offered by the Hotel.Hoping to welcome you again as our guest.Best regards
