Caro signore inutile dire che non siamo soddisfatti della sua recensione, ma riteniamo che quando l'ospite non comunica col personale (per suo volere) e poi comunica tramite recensione, sia difficile migliorare le cose. Se avesse manifestato le sue insoddisfazioni quando era in sede io e il personale avremmo provveduto a risolvere i suoi problemi, magari dandole una camera che fosse più di suo gradimento. Andiamo però alla recensione e ai pubi contestati: - nel bagno della camera da lei scelta non c'è nessuna cisterna. - la sedia è comoda ed adeguata alla scrivania - armadio grande per la camera? Forse è un po' grande, ma preferiamo dare più spazio per armadio che darei dei piccoli contenitori - doccia stretta? Il piatto della doccia è un piatto standard da doccia e non è adattato (abbiamo anche docce più grandi in camere che costano dirigi euro in più) - mancanza di pressione? Abbiamo il motore che pompa acqua addirittura qualcuno ha fatto notare che l'acqua scende con troppa forza - aspettare 3 minuti per l'acqua calda? Posto che la caldaia deve avere il tempo per raffreddare, ma 3 minuti? Usiamo la stessa caldaia perché viviamo nello stesso stabile e non si aspettano 3 minuti per avere acqua calda Ha decritto la città come pericolosa, noi viviamo in una delle città più tranquille del sud Italia e di pericoloso non c'è proprio nulla, i fatti di cronaca sono piuttosto rari, specie nel centro della città dove è situata la nostra struttura. In ultimo, se ad uno non piace la filosofia della guest house (o b&b che for si voglia), non è necessario venirci, la nostra mission è di essere a contatto coi nostri ospiti e lei non è il tipo di ospite che vorremmo , ma perché lei cercava un hotel ed è capitato presso di noi, le scelte ci sono in città e poteva tranquillamente andare in uno dei numerosi hotel. Estimado turista, lamentamos que se haya encontrado tan mal, tanto como para ser el único en 6 años de actividades honradas, por haber emitido un voto tan bajo, desafortunadamente no podemos responsabilizarnos por el hecho de que el personal no habla el idioma de "Invitada, mi personal habla italiano, francés e inglés, los abajo firmantes (desafortunadamente no están presentes esa noche) también hablan español en los idiomas anteriores, mientras que ella, como señaló a mi personal, habla solo español, y su El voto parece muy ingrato para nuestro personal que para nuestros invitados se realiza en 4, incluso si hubo esta deserción. No se preocupe, si no regresamos a nosotros, nos gusta producir invitados satisfechos y no huéspedes que se quedan una noche, que ni siquiera tienen tiempo para conocerse y dejar comentarios de este tipo (que en realidad son más singulares que raros) escribiendo sobre cosas como si mi personal fuera grosero.
