Excellent location and helpful staff. Had an issue with a stain on a comforter cover but staff immediately provided new sheets. Super quiet, nice bathroom and convenient storage for clothes and luggage.

Overnight in Reims
This hotel is very conveniently located from the train station in the downtown lane with all the restaurants and 5 minutes away from the Reims Cathedral. Are you a good walker? Then 40 minutes to the Veuve Cliquot. We did not hear any noise from the street and breakfast was quite copious. The heating worked well. A slight problem with the shower drainage but it was in the morning we left. They kept our small luggage while we continued exploring. I would stay here again.

Cost/Benefit Ok but you only arrive by walking
The localization is good close to markets, mall, restaurants but is terrible to find the hotel, it is in a square where the cars cannot go, you can only reach the location by walking. if you have a lot of luggage, that was my case, you will have difficult time. The staff was basically speaking only French, no English and they were not very gentle. The room was good in space and comfort of the bed, there was available coffee but the shower was not having enough pressure and water.

Excellent location. We walked off the train and to the hotel in minutes. Close to many restaurants and you can walk further in either direction for more things to do. The hotel was clean, and well decorated. Small room but that was to be expected, and we weren't there to hang out in our room anyway, but rather to enjoy the city. The bedding and sheets felt great! Great price for a great room.

Although it wasn’t the quietest place we’ve stayed, it was clean and comfortable. Pillows are extremely soft. We were in a room that overlooked the main street and we could hear all the noise from the local restaurants below. Next time, I would ask for a room off the main street.

Got there and there were no towels in the room at all. We called for them and got bath towels and that’s all. They sent up an extra box of tissues to dry our hands Room very small so we couldn’t keep our suitcases open. Shower small and with no curtain the bathroom floor got soaked. Coffee pot didn’t work correctly.

This property did not live up to expectations. The room was small; (which I know many European hotels are); there was no view at all; there was an odour from the pipes in the washroom; the seat was partly disconnected from the toilet (we advised staff of this issue 10 minutes after arriving and despite saying it would be fixed, it was not 45 hours later when we left.) The hallways are very dark, you have to wave your arms around for the sensor to activate the lights in the hallway. The water pressure is very weak in the shower. I realize this is not the most expensive property in Reims but this one left something to be desired.

Hôtel bien situé et plutôt confortable Mauvaise expérience ou pas de chance Chambre 415 à éviter car écran TV HS et bonde de la Sdb qui refoule et provoque une piscine improvisée !! Mais le service a été réactif car ils m’ont proposé une autre chambre. J’ai pu alterner mon confort entre les deux chambres. Super Pdj !!

Worn out and just poor
The bathroom door was not a proper door but an external sliding leaving springs to the toilet which is kind of gross when you stay more than 1 in a room. Wifi was not working all weekend and the condition of the rooms has definitely seen better days. Cannot recommend.

Excellent location
The hotel is very centrally located, with bars, restaurants and parking just outside. The only problem we had was finding it. If we'd been told it was above the underground car park it would have saved us driving round the centre of Reims twice.
