Insgesamt eine nette Unterkunft mit einem stets bemühten und freundlichen Vermieter. Was den Gesamteindruck etwas mindert, ist/war ein wie dort nicht unüblich unfertiges Haus in 50m Sichtweite vom Balkon, von dem jedoch keine Lärmbebelästigung ausging.

Tranquilla vacanza nella bellissima Plakias
In nostro soggiorno è stato molto positivo.Accoglienza, pulizia dell'appartamento,disponibililita ad ascoltare ogni esigenza del cliente e cortesia di Stavros un Host veramente bravo e simpatico simpatiico ! Al nostro arrivo ci è stato fatto un upgrade dell'appartamento con la gentilezza di un piatto di frutta e ouzo di benvenuti! Sembra di essere a casa per chi ama la semplicità e !'accoglienza tipicha greca. Lo consiglio vivamente!

If you like a place you have stayed, will be good for the host, to give 9 score and above in the review. 8 may sounds good but it is not with the high competition these days.

Wonderful friendly staff with clean rooms
Stayed for a week with Stravros, he was amazing and so was his staff. Rooms are clean, serviced daily and at a very reasonable price. Location is amazing, 300m from the supermarket and beach. Just be wary it’s a kitchenette not a fully equity kitchen. Fine for us but just to know. Definitely recommendnd :)

Frendly and helpful staff that came and cleaned room daily. The manager gave us a parting gift that was a first to me and made us feel very welcome. We would go again.

Excellent base close to the beach.
It would be difficult to find a place which could better represent this idyllic resort. Plakias is a peaceful, uncomplicated, clean and welcoming small town - all aspects which are reflected by Emilia Apartments. The lack of certain room facilities (e.g. television and radio) only enhances the restful experience while the excellent free wi-fi enables anyone to keep in touch with the outside world if they really want to. A hearty breakfast was enough to keep me going until my evening meal and was delivered to my room on time every day.

Très bon séjour à emilia apartements
Séjour parfait dans ce charmant petit hotel familial. Le propriétaire se coupe en 4 pour s'assurer que tout se passe bien. Les chambres ne pas sont pas immenses mais propres, fonctionnelles, et la literie est bonne (seule chose ce sont des lits simples collés, pas de lit double ) . La climatisation est un vrai plus et la terrasse aussi . En termes d'emplacement , emilia apartement se situe en plein centre à 100m du supermarché et de la plage et pour autant la résidence est au calme . Bref c'est très agréable et nous recommandons cet établissement . Ps : ne manquez pas de goûter le petit déj à 5€ , c'est délicieux et super complet !
We remember Marion from last summer. She is a wonderful person and easy to please. We thank her very much for her comments about our rooms and our breakfast too. We hope that we will see her again.
