Dear sir, thank you for staying in our hotel! We are very sad you didn't get the expectations you we re waiting from us, although we try our best. About your comments we have to say, 1.that our rooms are in 3 types the smallest which is studio and what you booked, the 2 room apartment which is bigger and your friends booked and the suites which is the bigest type.So its normal that some rooms are smaller and some bigger. 2.Sunday is no service , which is common in all hotels under 5 stars, and of course is informed everywhere.Towels in no case are on request as you say, towels are provided every second day, and its also informed .3 breakfast area is not very big , but not very small as well, of-course our hotel is (as also published everywhere) " a small boutique hotel " so its normal that the breakfast area will not be a huge area like in a big resort would provide.In all of our selling web sites and travel agents the photos are so many and detailed that you can see what you booking.4 about the bar , you are right ,some times closing time can be later then 12am that is normal , but thats very rare, but we try our best to keep all customers happy and in holiday mood ,so sometimes it can happen. We are sorry you find the price high for what we provide, in any case we will try to get better services , so no comments about value for money,although we hardly ever get that comment. thank you again and we hope to see you again one day
