The hotel was lovely, extremely conveniently located within rethymno and the staff were very friendly and accommodating! We had a lovely stay at Leo. I loved the fact that we were so close to everything but to find parking will be tough sometimes however pay parking is close by and street parking you can find if you look!

Situation idéale. Chambre spacieuse et literie de qualité. Hôtel décoré avec goût. Point à améliorer : rideaux occultant de la sale de bain inexistant. Vitre en verre... accueil très sympathique. Option petit déjeuner un poil cher pour la prestation. Petite ruelle calme malgré la situation. En plein cozur De la vieille ville. À recommander

Great location... Nothing else.
We booked a room thinking it would be lovely to stay in an historic Venetian room. Bad choice. The room was musty and white powder was falling all over the place. After a couple of hours our black suitcase had powder droppings all over it, I could just imagine if we stayed the whole 2 days of our reservation what could have been, but we decided we would not risk our health and found new accommodation elsewhere. The receptionist said, when I showed you the room you said you liked it, yes we did but it takes ours to realise the problem this room has and that it is not fit for purpose. When we decided to leave all she offered to reimburse us was the 1.5 euro city tax. Gee Thanks.

We would like to clarify that you have been offered by the reception to change room the folowing day as it wasn't possible the same night (the hotel was full).

Bel hôtel du centre ville.
Hôtel très bien tenu, entièrement rénové. Le personnel est très agréable et professionnel. Le petit déjeuner est varié et complet.

hotel in un antico edificio veneziano, di charme, camera deliziosa, che si affaccia in un vicolo molto carino. La posizione è ottima per visitare la città vecchia , il porto e la fortezza.Molto gentile e disponibile tutto il personale dell'hotel.

Good location
Great location and it was nice to stay in an old Venetian House dating from the 1400s. But the service was dry and unwelcoming. Also, the rooms needed improvement; I had a room on the stairs, under top stairs and next to the washing room. I heard the washing machine all night and the entrance to the room was so narrow, it was tough to get in and out. There were no lifts which is also a negative.

Ancien palais vénitien restauré avec goût
Hôtel de charme, en catégorie "plus chic" très bien situé en centre-ville mais en zone piétonne. Parking gratuit, indiqué par l'hôtel, en bord de mer, à 800m. Très bon accueil de la part de la réception. Nous y avons séjourné 3 nuits du 20/06 au 23/06/18, la chambre au deuxième étage, donnait sur la rue piétonne. Bon et agréable petit déjeuner, avec 1 choix optionnel inclus, pris à l'extérieur, dans la ruelle de l'hôtel. Linge changé et ménage faits tous les jours. Frigo et bouilloire avec café fourni. Connexion internet moyenne.(chambre au fond du couloir) Très bon restaurants alentour. Hôtel à recommander.

Great hotel with outstanding service!
Location, cleanliness, and service were outstanding. Great value. The hotel is excellent. Breakfast was basic but good quality and made-to-order eggs. Highly recommend this hotel for the price.

Best hotel in Crete cities with an Old Town area
Crete is a great place to visit especially in the first half of May when there are not so many people on holidays. Rethymno is great city and the Old Town is the place to be with all the attractions and shops. The Leo has very attractive suites and is close to the harbor, the museums, some great restaurants and many shops that have products and art made in Greece. The Leo was our favorite hotel during our 15 day stay on the island of Crete

Η γενική εικόνα είναι πολύ καλή, η τοποθεσία είναι καταπληκτική, η διακόσμηση είναι πολύ ωραία, το προσωπικό είναι ευγενικό και πρόθυμο να εξυπηρετήσει. Τα κρεβάτια είναι πολύ άνετα και το δωμάτιο καθαρό. Κάποια πράγματα που θέλουν προσοχή είναι οι πετσέτες στο μπάνιο που ήταν πολύ παλιές και η ηχομόνωση που αν και καλή δεν ήταν αρκετή. Τέλος το πρωινό αν και ήταν με έξτρα χρέωση ήταν μέτριο και φτωχό.

Precioso hotel en las callejuelas del viejo casco.
Magnifica atención en un lugar arreglado con refinado gusto. Todas las comodidades en una habitación ámplia, cómoda cama y muy buen baño. Moderno, elegante y en perfecta armonía con el entorno del viejo casco.

Great in-town hotel
Beautiful room. Lovely staff. Four-poster bed. Only thing missing was a view. And the window on the alley meant noise.

A good boutique hotel
The Leo hotel is in the center of Rethymon down a small passageway off a mainly pedestrian street, it is in an old Venetian building and has just 8 bedrooms, our room was larger than we expected and had all the facility's we needed and we slept well in the very comfortable bed. We found all the staff to be very helpful, friendly and welcoming. All though we arrived after the main desk was closed the hotels instructions on where to get our room key was clear and concise. The breakfast was a treat being served outside.

Central Position and Filled with Character.
We stayed at hotel Leo for 2 nights. Its position is great, right in the heart of the old city, shopping and restaurants and only a brief stroll to the waterfront. The building is quite old, but nicely restored and features exposed stone walls. The rooms were compact, but felt bigger because of the soaring timber ceilings.

Kleines komfortables Hotel in der Altstadt
Das Hotel hat nur wenige Zimmer und liegt an einem kleinen Durchgangsweg mit einer Taverne! Das Zimmer war sehr hübsch eingerichtet und überraschend groß! Man ist direkt im Stadtzentrum! Sehr netter Service!

He llegado tarde para disfrutarlo...
Hotel con encanto, en edificio antiguo. Inconveniente: no tiene ascensor y con 60 años y algo de artrosis, subir las escaleras es un suplicio. Además tiene bañera, con el problema de la accesibilidad. Personal muy agradable, con buen desayuno variado. Nos costó encontrarlo al estar en un callejón: sería mejor indicar primero el número de la calle principal (Arcadiu) y luego señalar el nombre del callejón.

Wonderfull value for money.
remarquable accueil très attentionné. la maîtresse des lieux Eleni est très professionnelle. Chambre impeccable, petit déjeuner correct excellents conseils hôtel très bien localisé dans une ruelle calme en plein centre ville.

Quirky & Cute Hotel
Our stay was very nice. The hotel is in a building from about 1450. It's been modernized and was pretty cool...with some quirky and fun little details. I recommend staying there.

Nice hotel in the centre of rethymon
Friendly excellent staff, helpful, would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in rethymon, right in the centre but very peaceful stylish and quant, breakfast outside in alleyway was a pleasant experience overall a really enjoyable stay would definitely return.

Tolles Zimmer im venezianischen Stil
2 Nächte hier verbracht. Unser schönstes Zimmer auf unserer Rundreise durch Kreta. Venezianischer Stil, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstück wird im schmalen Gässchen unter der Laube serviert, das hat uns sehr gefallen. Es hat alles geklappt während unseres Aufenthalts. Preis-/Leistungverhältnis sehr gut. Haus liegt perfekt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum venezianischen Hafen.

Hübsches Restauriertes Stadthotel
Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer ;Frühstück für griechische Verhältnisse sehr gut , mit frischem Obst, Crêpe oder Omelett je nach Wunsch; Whirlpool funktionierte auch auf Nachfrage nicht; Waschbecken wurde innerhalb der 3 Tage nicht gereinigt, aber ansonsten okay; Anreise mit Auto ist etwas schwierig, wichtig ist vorher sich zu informieren . Insgesamt waren wir aber sehr zufrieden, wir nutzten das Hotel als Zwischenstopp zum Flughafen. Hier noch eine Restaurat Empfehlung: Taverne Loggia in einem nahen Gässchen und Knossos am Hafen . Ansonsten ist es nervig ständig an den Tavernen angesprochen zu werden!
