This hotel was pretty much in the center of everything. Couldn't have been more convenient. Breakfast was included and was excellent.

Center hotel plaza worked well for us. Very short walk to parking garage and bus stops for transportation elsewhere. Over all very good.

This hotel was great! The location was amazing, right at the beginning of the perfect little downtown shopping, dining street! Walking distance to tons of restaurants and a great little hot dog stand right across the street! The hotel was clean and comfortable. We had a triple room and it was huge! There is a bar and lounge in the lobby area that was super cozy. We were there for 2 weekdays and I could see where it might get loud on a weekend, however, that would be my only gripe.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is in a perfect location with a short walk to many attractions. It also has a very close bus stop pick up for tours. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. All the staff were friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

The good: Best location. Comfortable beds. The not so great: Hotel is old and in need of upkeep! Room furniture is old and in disrepair. Room curtains had holes in them and the hearing unit was hard to work as all the numbers had faded. Bathroom had a sewer smell.

The location was good and the staff was friendly. The rooms were small and plain. The first room was noisy due to the people in the room above us, they were nice enough to give us a different room.

The hotel was in a very convenient location and was walkable to most everything. The reception staff was also very helpful and friendly. Breakfast filled us up every day and that along with the room were a great value for what we paid. The beds and bedding were comfortable as well. I would say that it was quiet loud some nights from outside and or room also had a radiator that couldn’t be adjust so it got uncomfortably hot in the mornings. Our bathroom door didn’t lose properly but that was just a minor issue. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone and would stay here again myself.

We stayed on 2nd floor and as we got off the elevator most rooms were benign renovated. Very disappointing as it felt a little uncomfortable on the floor. Breakfast was super busy. Room was fine nothing special. They did allow a late check out which was nice.

First- parking is a real issue if you rent a car. The front desk woman was not in any way helpful as to where to park, $26 for a structure a couple blocks away, pulling all our luggage… I would consider other hotels with parking in the future.

Perfect location in walkable distance to all the tourist spots. Staff were really lovely and helpful. Loved every minute of Iceland. Highly recommend.

The hotel is located centrally within walkable distance of shops, bars and restaurants. Rooms are dated and shabby but clean and I believe restoration work is going on. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was limited but adequate.

It's a really lovely property. The rooms are clean and fresh. The only issue is the design of the showers. The water goes everywhere in the bathroom but still worth a stay here. Would stay here again.

Basic hotel but great location and breakfast! Only negative is I didn’t like the duvets. We had a twin bed that were put together but with 2 single duvets that were not big enough.

The Center Hotels Plaza location was terrific. You are right across the street from a pedestrian only street filled with cute little restaurants and bars. (Yes, it's a bar AND a laundromat downstairs!) The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was fine, nothing fancy and a few gripes about the USB ports not working (not a huge deal as the electrical outlets were fine and we had packed plug-in USB outlets). That and a minor leak in the bathroom. But the beds were comfortable, everything seemed clean, and hey, we got a free beer at the bar downstairs! The bus stop for Flybus transport to the airport was 1.5 blocks away, so fairly convenient. Id stay here again, no question about it!
