Hotel and staff were lovely. Though found there are things I wish I was made aware of. We arrived late 11pm on Sunday. I knew there would be now all inclusive open, so gladly paid at the bar for drinks. On the last day our all inclusive finished at 11am. Not great as we’re staying at the hotel to be collected for our 2350 flight. Feel like I lost 2 days of all inclusive. We left the hotel in such of food and drinks. That was a trip into Rhodes centre. We went back to the hotel to shower and get ready to be transferred to the airport. Cost 48€ to keep room for a few more hours.

Loved the staff. From the cleaners to bar staff to entertainers, everyone was wonderful. Food was all buffet and not exactly delicious but totally fine. Restaurants are in walking distance. It is not a luxury resort, but the lower price reflects this. It's very much a family resort. We were basically the only couple there.Wouldn't recommend going unless you have kids. Loads of family friendly activities. Overall we had a great time.

Billig ferie hvis man kan nøjes
Stort dobbeltværelse med plads til fire personer. Altanen indeholdte et lille cafebord med tre stole. Vi ankom to voksne og to børn(7 og 9). Vi blev placeret ud mod scenen hvor der hver aften var show til kl. 23. Også selvom der ikke var nogle mennesker. Det gjorde det vanskeligt at falde i søvn før efter showet. Gadelyset fra p-pladsen var en stor kraftig led pære som var tændt til kl. 2 om natten, og man havde ikke tænkt på mørklægning på værelserne så lyset gik lige igennem gardinet. Flere af dagene havde vi ikke vand på værelset og nogle af dagene var der ikke varmt vand. Roomservice lagde blot lagnerne sammen, så vi havde samme sengetøj i en hel uge. Maden i restauranten var ensformig og smagte ikke af noget, og der var til tider for lidt plads til de spisene inde og ude, så folk måtte benytte lounge området. Poolområderne var gode, kvaliteten på vandet var ringe og man kunne oftest ikke se bunden. Ikke engang på 1,1m dybde. Der var for lidt liggestole og reglerne om ikke at spærre før tid blev ikke overholdt. Snackbaren ved Poolen var underbemandet så der er oftest lang kø ved drikke, is og mad. Ungerne har elsket det, trods de kun har levet af sparsom mad på hotellet, men vi voksne var mætte efter fem dage. Da vi forlod hotellet var der én ansat der sagde kom godt hjem. Vel og mærke en tjener vi slet ikke havde haft noget med at gøre hele ugen. “Billig” ferie hvis man kan nøjes.

Mijn zoon en ik hebben het super naar de zin gehad. Geruisloze kamer, fijne airconditioning elke dag schone handdoeken en schoonmaak. Prima eten niet een hoogstaand iets maar prima. Personeel vriendelijk al met al een fijne vakantie

Nice family vacation
Food: Good, maeby abit repetitive on a long haul. Chicken etc. occasionally a tad overdone, but not bad by any means. Drinks: whitewine surprisingly good and beer was ok also. Drinks basic all inclusive. Overall cleaness was good and place was child friendly. For the price I can recommend. Had two small children on the trip and everything went good.

We stayed 5 days in the family room in the main building. The hotel provides free parking. That was great. The pools and the water park are nice. The water park opening hours are from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. It could be open longer. The food was ok but there could be more choice. Staff was nice and in general helpful except the reception. The receptionists were unpleasant with stony faces. I can't say they were much helpful at all. We stayed at the first floor in the main building and the lift wasn't working properly during 3 days. We had to take the pushchair up and down the stairs every day. There were the electricity cables coming out of the wall in the bathroom and in the room. I don't know if this was under the electricity or not but it can be dangerous for the children. We had two small children. The beach was about 10-15 minutes walking distance. I personally liked the beach but it might not be the right choice for the children because the water is little bit wild and it's a pebble beach (not sandy).

This hotel is gorgeous, much better than I expected. The entryway and lobby give the feeling of a luxury resort. The included breakfast and additional all-inclusive option were great. My room was on the third floor and had a wrap-around balcony with views of both the mountains and the Aegean. My only complaint is the beds. The mattress was rock hard and the pillows aren't great. If you have back or neck problems, I would bring your own pillows or request a mattress pad if possible.

I had a great discount, so price for the value was excellent. Accommodation inside is a little bit old. The waterpools water is cold. Breakfast is same everyday, no much to choose. The beach in the nearest point to the hotel is not well organizrled, just like a abandoned, but that was a biginning of season. Animation is ok. Other things are great.

Loved the animation team at the resort. However, the resort was very untidy. Construction was going on while it was open and the hrs of operation were horrible.

Hvis man er til all inclusive, morgen, middag og aften- buffet, for meget klor i poolen, solsenge med håndklæder fra nattens mørke timer, men som først bliver reelt optaget omkring kl. 11.00, larm fra 10.00- 24.00 i form af en non stop kværnende speaker og dårligt musik der pumper ud fra en højtaler ved poolen - så er hotellet ideelt. Hvis du ønsker lidt ro, lidt kvalitet i dine måltider og en god strand. Så skal du vælge et andet hotel. (Hotellet er børnevenligt - værelserne store og personalet venlige - men larmen er simpelthen overdøvende) Billeder er taget om natten.

Wir waren überrascht, wie wenig die Fotos zum tatsächlichen Zustand des Hotels passten. Das Apartment (anstatt zwei Doppelzimmer) kam einem vor wie eine Höhle - einfachste Ausstattung, Betonblöcke, auf denen einfache Matratzen lagen stellten das "Wohnzimmer" da - nicht wirklich einladend. Auch sonst schien alles recht einfach und abgewohnt. Im Schlafzimmer nach langem Suchen eine Steckdose für's Handy gefunden - das zweite musste im Flur aufladen. Das "Buffet" abends (15,- Euro pauschal) war einfach gehalten, der Rotwein aus der Zapflage ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig. Wirkte alles ein wenig wie Mensa und Großküche. Morgens das "Buffet" dann mit wenig Auswahl, Standard - Kaffee schmeckte gar nicht. Naja ... für die Rückreise haben wir lieber umgebucht und sind gewillt, 100,- Euro mehr auszugeben! Waren 2 Erw./2 Kinder = 140,- Euro Ü/F plus 4x 15,- Euro Abendbuffet.

Flerimos Hotel is not a good option!!
we waited for a long time for our room, they were so slow to clean it up and it seemed the coordination between service members was so week and the lady at the reception tried to ignore this inconvenience and started to pay attention to other customers' needs and made us wait in the queue. When it was our turn, she behaved as if it was the first time we came to her with the problem while our problem needed immediate attention...The buffet was small and we had no olives or cheese which are usually expected in a breakfast menu so we bought things to eat from a nearby kiosk. It was the last morning and my husband went to the buffet to bring some boiled eggs-it was the only thing we took from the buffet during our stay- but my husband told me some hotel waiters stopped him in the fashion of policeman catching a thief stealing something, saying that they had a new rule and wanted to make sure that our stay included breakfast???What a shame!They were so rude in treating the customers and disorganised in the way how they informed each other about the rules they themselves set.We were so angry and checked out before the due time and went to the reception and saw this "soorrryy darrrrlingg!!" lady again!! And she ignored the problem with her soorrryy darlingggg style and justified herself by saying that it is the waiters' fault not hers!!! she tired to get rid of her responsibility by excluding herself as if she wasnt working there!!

Hyffsat boende nära flygplats och Rhodos stad.
Hade förväntat mig mer av ett fyrstjärnigt hotell. Rummets inredning och sängar är inte fyrstjärniga. Däremot pool och trädgård var väldigt fina. Frukostbuffen var inte mycket att skryta med.

Goede prijs/kwaliteit !
Was leuke vakantie. Wij namen alleen ontbijt en kunnen dus niet oordelen over andere maaltijden. Ontbijt was zeker ok. Zwembad werd elke dag gereinigd, mss wat te weining ligbedden beschikbaar, maar wij zaten in bungalow op 20 m van zwembad en hadden onze eigen ligbedden. Kamers waren basic, maar zeker proper, voor ons voldoende! Personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, kortom zou zeker aanraden aan vrienden.

Verouderd hotel, met een mooi zwembad
Prettig dat het appartement op de begane grond was, met een eigen terras. En mooi gesitueerd bij het zwembad. Hotel op zich zelf was teleurstellend: verouderd, smoezelig en ongezellige grote lobby en restaurant.

The room is very spartan. The aircondition eqiupment is noisy, and the toilet is small. We had to ask the receptionist 4 times before the reparation of the light on the stairs to 2. floor. The dayly cleaning was spartan and allways after 2 o'clock. When we order this hotel is was mention as 4 stars
