We stopped because of its convenience on our long drive on 95. Staff at the desk were helpful. We felt safe and we haven’t always felt that way at certain hotels off the highway. Our only complaints were that an alarm clock went off at 4 am (not the staff’s fault but annoying because we were getting very limited sleep) but also two staff members who sounded like they were preparing breakfast were yelling back and forth at each other at 6 am. They may have been unaware of how thin the walls were and how loud they were actually being.

The room was very clean but the hotel communal areas were unwelcoming. The morning breakfast was alright, but the content on TV was off putting.

We checked in late (1am) and they didnt have any king rooms that werent ADA compliant. No biggie, we just wanted to sleep. The girl at check in was friendly and, best of all, quick. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and we will be staying again!

The lady at front desk brought extra sheets for my air mattress and even gave us extra blanket . Breakfast excellent

I’ve stayed at this property before, it is very convenient off I95 for most it’s a good spot. However, I traveled with a small dog and they charge $75 for the dog to stay on $150 stay for us! Most charge from $20 to $50, this was way too much! Also the floors must not be sound proof, because the whole night, her stomping in the room above!

Sheets were dirty even though the bed was made. Front check in person brought sheets, but then offered to help put them on instead of just fixing the problem.

Shower was not designed for full sized standing adults. Shower also floods the whole bathroom. One of the queen beds had a watermelon size wet spot. Guest in floor above was running a marathon all night both nights and when reported to desk they said oh well! Parking lot littered with trash and not cleaned the whole stay. Horrible stay

A Must Stay
This facility is located right off route 95, very clean, check in was simple and the breakfast is excellent with, meat, fruit and to go sandwiches! My only concern was the hvac unit in our room was very loud. The manager stated that some units probably need to be replaced due to the noise. So just check your unit before you settle in. If too loud ask for another room. You should stay here. It’s a great choice!

While the room was smoke free, the facility reeked of stale cigarettes. It was particularly bad in the parking lot and perhaps we could never get smell out of our nose after the first impression.

Not a Marriott experience, horrible overall
I do not understand how this place has a Marriott title. Do not be fooled, this is a Days inn in disguise. Trying to access this area during any sort of traffic is absolutely abysmal. Being so close to the highway, there's a lot of crime and vagrant activity. As far as the amenities go, everything is worn and not very well upkept. For instance, our shower doors will not remain closed no matter what. There is very little if any soundproofing throughout the building. Closer to the elevator the building has a slight wobble to it. It's a very uncomfortable feeling on the fourth floor. Our first night there was a fight outside of a room, another room with a dog barking, and then the room beside us had a party going. This was on Monday. The management, rather the head manager is a very miserable individual. Most of the other staff or top-notch. It is very observable that they try to avoid the manager Dawn. You will find stray cats right outside the door from the sewer that will come rub up on your clean clothing. There are far better options right beside or near this location. Only use this overprice option if this is the last available option. They like to overcharge, and under deliver. You would think a self proclaimed military veteran would understand what leadership is. Though this manager missed the mark by a mile. What do you think

The breakfast was good. The room was kind of dirty. There were cobwebs, crumbs, and some white lotion type stuff on the couch. It had two pull out couches but you couldn’t use both at the same time and there wasn’t enough pillows. The shower leaked really badly so the floor was always soaking wet after a shower.

A really nice, clean hotel. The Mexican restaurant about 100' away is just ok; I wouldn't go there again. The portions for food and drink pours are quite small. The waiter's English was poor. The service is incredibly slow. The food actually tasted good, but not worth the price or very long wait. I'd stay at this hotel again for sure, if I needed to be in the immediate area.

Poor maintenance
On arrival we noted the toilet was broken (valve leaking with continuous running). The person at the desk said there were no other rooms and nobody available to repair the toilet until the following morning (after we were departing). The public bathroom was locked and unavailable. Were we to pay for a room without proper facilities? Were we supposed to go to a gas station? She offered to look at it. I asked if she had a replacement valve. She replied "So you don't want me to look at it?" I said "Fine, look at it, but it needs repair". When I asked for her to call a plumber she refused and said it would have to wait for maintenance to arrive the next day. Finally she relented and gave us another room. How housekeeping could have missed the fact that the toilet was running continuously is difficult to understand. Did not appreciate arriving after a long drive only to have to fight for a toilet.
