I can honestly say that the team usually gets rave reviews on their willingness to go above and beyond for our guests and to be sure they take care of them from check in to check out. The pet fee for one night was excessive. There were a handful of coins and some sort of pill found on the floor as if no one had cleaned the room. The dog almost ate the unknown pill. There were tiny ants in the bathroom. I complained and the manager was supposed to call me when she got to work. She didn’t. I called twice and left a detailed voicemail for the manager and she never called me back.

This is not something that typically happens at our property and I will be sure to follow up with my staff to ensure it is not a repeat issue. I also want to further apologize that the message to follow up with you was not passed on to me. I also wanted to apologize that I was in and out of the office when you called assisting with a community service event and had not had an opportunity to get your voicemail. I understand how frustrating and concerning his can be and I will be sure to reach out and discuss with you.

I am sorry that you were not pleased with your recent stay. Our staff works very hard to make sure all our rooms are clean and comfortable for our guests and then after check in we usually follow up to make sure everything is going well with your stay. It seems that we may have dropped the ball with during your recent stay and I wanted to apologize for that. If you stay with us or one of our properties again please report any issues to the front desk right away so that we can address it and ensure that the rest of your stay goes well.

I am sorry that you experienced a cleanliness issue on your recent stay. The staff works hard to make sure all our guests are placed in clean rooms However if there is an issue with a room that you are placed into, please notify the Front Desk immediately so that we can correct the issue and make sure you are able to enjoy your stay.

The housekeeping was always knocking on the door early mornings and evenings to get the towels and wash cloths and would speak nothing but Spanish and rude!

I am sorry that you were disturbed by the housekeeping team during your stay. We have a few new housekeepers, and we are working closely with them to ensure proper protocols are followed. I am sorry of the language barrier made them seem rude to you, but I can assure you that they are very hard workers that only want to provide the best service to our guests. We often have to work through Google Translate as we learn each other's language, but I am sure we will get better, and our team will be better for it! Hilton believes in creating a diverse and inclusive workforce. and I am. I am truly lucky to have them on my team.

I was very disappointed in this Hampton Inn, it had a 8.5 star rating and I left out of here not understand how or why. The rooms were dirty and outdated. The staff was friendly! And for you traveling with pets, $75 dollar fee (non-refundable)!

I am sorry that you were disappointed with your recent stay. We strive to provide clean and comfortable rooms to all our guests. We provide our staff training and inspect the rooms before turning them over for the next guest. We make every effort to be proactive however I understand that there could be an occasion the ball is dropped, and I would request that a guest let us know right away and give us the chance to correct the issue and restore your confidence, comfort, and satisfaction. As a brand Hilton recently started allowing pets to stay at our properties as we know most guests have pets that are an integral part of their family. We charge the fee in order to provide a deep clean to the room so that the next guest will also be comfortable as other guest may have allergies and we want them to have the same experience with a clean, and comfortable room.

Things were mostly fine with the staff and cleanliness, but the room I got this time was clearly well used, the HVAC unit did not have a functioning control panel. The shower curtain rod sagged meaning the curtain wouldn't stay closed, and there was a LOT of noise coming from the lobby area which was really close. For $200 a night, I would expect a much better experience.

Damp, smelly and wet carpet
This hotel was the worst Hampton Inn we have stayed in. We had 2 rooms. Both smelled moldy and had damp carpets. One room had mold in the bathroom and the shower head was broken. No shampoo. We are not people who are fussy but this hotel needs serious work.

The property was not secure. The key to my room never worked (had to get a new key every time I left the room). Smelled like mold. Construction going on.
