Loved staying here the manager Chris was beyond helpful and very accommodating. The bed and pillows were phenomenal. The room was very cozy and quiet. I was traveling alone with my infant so I felt very safe. The lobby and elevator smelled like a dispensary felt like I was going to get secondhand which I don’t mind but didn’t like that my infant had to breathe it in. And then getting to the hotel after dinner it was so dark I couldn’t see the turn there needs to be a street light or sign for guests to see. Other than that was thrilled with my stay

Not Up to Usual Hiliday Inn Express Standards
Toilet overflowed. Beggars in parking lot. No bacon for breakfast which is one reason I usually stay at a HIE. Onky one icw machine worked. Staffvwas friendly and skilled.

The hotel was nice, we had an issue when we first arrived. My key didn’t work so I went back to the front desk and they got the key to work, when I entered the room it was clearly someone else’s room. There were someone else’s belongings in the room so we had to go back to the desk again to get a different room. Odd experience but once we were given a different room it was nice and clean.
