i don't like the fact that the wifi signal is horrible, the heat nor air works, no microwave was in my room, and have roaches

When I first checked in and went to my room, the door was open, there were no sheets on the bed, nothing in the bathroom, hell the door to the bathroom was broken like somebody broke it down. The room itself had trash everywhere and wasn't clean at all. The whole place smelled like weed and smoke. When I asked for a different room I was of course questioned. So when I got to the second room the TV had a large scratch on it. The key didn't work so I had to back three times to finally get the manager to open it. All in all just a bad experience in general.

It is exactly what you would expect from a Knights Inn....barely clean and the room has to be totally sprayed with lysol b/c it smelled like a Goodwill store.

Not for people with allergies or back problems
I had allergy problems and issues with the beds. The beds were not regular beds with a box spring and mattress. There was some kind of metal grate over a wooden box. My back locked up while I was there and had to check out early. The manager was gracious enough when I requested checking out early. There were other issues with rust and corrosion in the microwave which were concerning.

There wasn't a coffee pot int the room which was sort of disappointing, but not even a bar of soap? I get that it's a standard room at an economical price, which is why I could look past minor things like rust on the bathroom counter or the room needing a fresh coat of paint, but even when I went to check at the front counter, the 3 police vehicles out front talking to patrons and the lady who asked me for my shirt as I walked by was enough for me to just keep to myself. I don't know what was going on, but it was one of the strangest mornings I've had in awhile.

Extremely disappointed, the outside & inside door handles was so dirty,i had to clean them. The bathroom was dirty. Looked like they didn't even clean the place. The room smelled like smoke.

The room smelled poor I couldn’t park in front of my door had to be around the corner the lights didn’t work and they wouldn’t refund my visit wouldn’t even speak to me I didn’t stay either night.

The management at the front desk was really rude . I asked him If I could get a complimentary hour and he said only 30 minutes so he kept banging on my door then told me I had to pay an extra $10. Worst hotel experience ever

Motel from hell
Awful! Had to check in thru a glass window outside.Was allowed in the lobby. First room the bathroom light and exhaust didn't work. Moved to another room. The door jam was partially broken off. One light over the bed and another over the small table didn't work. The chair in the room was tattered on the arms. Had to ask for a remote for the tv. Paint missing on the wall. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
