It’s a unique property as each section was a row house. There is a small elevator, but loading and unloading you need to do from an outside porch with steps. Pack lightly!

Nice spacious room for a family of four. But could definitely could use more hooks/rods for hanging towels - need to have enough for four people!

We phoned the day before requesting a cot and were told not to worry and to ask for it the day of arrival. When we arrived at the hotel they said we should have requested it and they could arrange for it the following day. The next morning we got the same story. It took two days of persisting to get the cot delivered to the room. Seemed like the staff weren't communicating and weren't interested in providing the cot. There is no room cleaning on Saturday which is fine had we been made aware at check-in. The elevator is a bit shoddy but easily fixed. It is a great hotel, clean, resident cat, restaurant looked great, although we didn't eat there. Great location to walk to the convention center. Stella's and Perly's are right around the corner.

The hotel is beautiful but ridiculous with luggage as you have to haul bags ip and down stairs. Sound carries EVERYWHERE. Doors dont close or they are slamming. Staff, except one, seemed indifferent.

Hotel info said breakfast available — practically nonexistent and stopped serving without prior info at 8:30am. Room was musty. Toiletries minimal — one bottle of shampoo/conditioner/gel for 4 people. Tub didn’t drain properly.

The staff was highly accommodating. The inn had a unique charm, unlike chain hotels. The only negative is that the rooms were in need of a bit of renovation and some lights on the balconies were out.

My sister and I loved staying at the Inn! Being surrounded by history, the street was quiet and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed how clean and soft the beds were! In the future, we will definitely be staying here!

It was a nice enough place but certainly nothing special. So the price being charged for a basic room is outlandish. And then the prices double on weekends. I felt like I was being taken advantage of.

The VIP Access benefit was two bottles of water. There is always no wifi signal and TV doesn't work during my stay.

Lovely boutique hotel with nice comfortable rooms. First floor has “parlor room setting” common area, featuring local contemporary art that ties in beautifully with the historic features of the inn. There are 2 charming outdoor brick garden patios for seating in appropriate weather. Though we didn’t eat in their dining space this visit, the bar and adjacent room with tables looked cozy & intimate, with candlelight. There are so many wonderful restaurants within an easy distance, and the impressive Richmond Public Library is directly across Franklin Street. Parking is a little tricky, but there is a public garage around the corner. We visited during the week in February; I imagine parking is even more difficult during busier times of the year, and on weekends when a wedding party is in residence. Parking issues aside, the Linden Row Inn will remain a favorite place to stay when visiting Richmond!

The Linden Row Inn is a historic property and has personality and character. It is quiet; the staff was very kind and friendly. The only thing missing for me was the availability of good coffee and food--the cafe/restaurant is not open on Monday and Tuesday. Still, I look forward to returning again.

We loved staying at this hotel. Our room was very nice and I loved Annabelle the cat. My only issue is the mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. If they got new mattress or even a good mattress topper this place would be awesome!!!

Awful experience, room 413. 1. The bed is next to the door impossible to get sleep. 2. The bathtub/ shower was clogged I had to shower with flip flops, brown water up to my ankles, no lights in the shower. 2. Hair in the "clean towel" and long hair in the hairdryer ready to use. 3. The room smells and looks old. The floor has cracks and uneven. 4. Called the front desk from 9 PM until I fell asleep, no answer and again in the morning no answer. I got out of there after the first night when I was supposed to stay for a week, they still charged me an extra night. 5. No manager on site, they work from home I was told. Property manager Julia never answered my calls and didn't responded my 2 voice messages. Really disgusting place in all aspects. If you like old, dirty, and zero customer service, go to the Linden Row Inn, you won't be disappointed.
