The only issue we had is that the indoor pool was not heated and it was freezing cold. We were looking forward to being able to spend some quality time in the pool, but that was not able to happen.

There were people being drunk and rowdy in the parking lot. Also the front desk person when I arrived very late at night. Charged my card until my bank account was drained. Then told me it didn't work and charged another one of my cards. It put a very hard damper on my entire weekend since I didn't have much money. When we needed clean towels and went down to ask the front desk we were told they didn't have any. It was clean, it was remaddled and they had the usual breakfast.

AC wasn’t cold, it was set on 61 and it felt like 75 temp never changed through out the night. Also the fridge didn’t work, so all snacks/drinks I bought for my kids wrestling tournament the next day and our leftover dinner went to waste. It was also into that there was no bath tub , only a shower

Water leak in bathroom, room could use updating. The property was going through a transition from sleep inn to comfort inn. A bit hard to find since we were looking for sleep inn but is now called comfort inn.

Just stayed one night with my kids. Beds were very comfy and we slept great. Breakfast was good too.

A wonderful place to stay!
The woman who checked us in was extra friendly and helpful. She made us feel welcome. The room was modern and stylish and was very clean. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel looks to be recently renovated. I’m a contractor so I pick everything apart but was pleasantly surprised by how well it looked. The curbless showers were a nice surprise. I mostly remodel bathrooms so that’s always the first thing that I look at in hotels and this was done pretty well. Great rates too!

Very dismayed
This was the worst stay I’ve ever had. The front desk person was really trying to be accommodating as much as she could. I had to move rooms as soon as I got there. The first room had no refrigerator as expected at the time of reservation. The second room smelled so bad like a wet dog had stayed there and maybe died! And I was told that there were no other rooms available other than that one at the time. Luckily I brought a large can of Lysol with me, because t that barley helped. I had no coffee maker as told by the front desk. I guess you pay for what you get.

Hotels. com screw up!
The issue was with Hotels.com who did not follow up & ensure our reservation was complete when we arrived for check in. There was reservation confirmed in our name even though we had confirmation it was made & payment made. The Hotel said they received no booking from Hotel.com, so spent over 1 hour calling & trying to get the confirmation & reservation made. The Hotel could not honor the reservation & price & would have to charge us separately & then we would have to get the refund from Hotels. com which we were not prepared to do. Finally after reaching Hotels.com customer service then resent the reservation to the Hotel so they could proceed. Why did they not follow up on this electronic glitch, Sleep Inn not acknowledging the order? Totally unacceptable, but thankfully the Hotel - Sleep Inn had rooms available & finally honored the original price & reservation.

The Sleep Inn proved to be a hidden Gem! Past reviews spoke of construction so we were hesitant, but they have completed that and the upgrades are perfect. We were greeted by "Brenna" who shared info on our dining at The Sports Page (which was also excellent) The Breakfast Buffet was clean, fresh, and plentiful. Will definitely stay here again!

The property is being renovated but there wasn’t hot water and the coffee machine in the room was broken. All the windows were covered on the outside for painting. The site didn’t depict that the pool was closed and breakfast/coffee was not available.
