추천합니다
중심부로부터 거리도 꽤 있고 주변이 훵하여 마이너스 요인이긴 했지만 아파트 주변에 펜스로 쳐져있어 안전 주차 가능하고 직원이 매우 친절하여 좋았습니다 객실도 깨끗한 편이고 무엇보다 세탁기가 있어서 유용했습니다

A great place for work or pleasure
An excellent place to stay in Riga whether for work or pleasure. It was centrally located with easy access to m ass transportation and the center. The staff was friendly and helpful and the property was in excellent condition. I was pleased with everything.

This place is an absolute STEAL for the price! Great communication from the staff prior to checking in. The self-check-in option for later arrivals is very easy and convenient. The only downside is the lack of public transit options to the city center close by. The walk to a bus stop isn’t too far, but with weather in the teens, it’s an arduous journey.

A bit too far from the centre
A bit too far for a walk to the centre of the city especially with kids. And very big contrast with neighbourhood buildings. But overall the apartment and service are very good.

Die Unterkunft war sauber, das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit, allerdings waren sowohl TV- als auch (inbesondere) WLAN-Zugang alles andere als stabil. Hinzu kam, dass unser Zimmer zwar eine gute Lage im Haus hatte mit einem extra Zugang, allerdings waren die Geräusche der anderen Hotelgäste dort umso lauter. Das Apartment im Erdgeschoss ist auf jeden Fall nur zu emfpehlen, wenn einen nicht stört, dass das Bett nur durch ein Fenster zu den im Hof sitzenden Hotelgästen getrennt wird.

Misleading
The photos being displayed on the hotel.com website is extremely misleading! I thought that I was booking an apartment but ended up with a tiny hotel room with double bed and small microwave! I showed the receptionist the description from my confirmation itinerary which included a kitchenette and was told that a kitchenette meant only a microwave! I had to pay additional $140 to upgrade to tiny studio apartment which was located in a different location. When I got to the new apartment the stove top didn’t work. I don’t feel like I got value for the money that was spent!! I feel like they are deliberately misleading people! Don’t be taken like I was! Make sure to confirm before you book exactly what you are getting!

Double room with air condition is a standard hotel room with extra small kitchenette equipped with refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and basic dishes. No stove or oven. Double room - is not an apartment itself and it is not presented like apartment at our web site. Please check information and description of unit before booking. Hope to welcome you next visit to Riga!

A fine stay
It's nice that they have 24 hour reception. The place is about 1 km from the old town. There's a gas station for emergency food close by, but there's also a coffee machine in the hotel. We had a "double room with kitchenette" - it was very tight and there's definitely no space to cook so don't be fooled by the word kitchenette. There was a fridge and toaster and some crockery. Maybe opt for a bigger room if you want to make your own food. All in all, no problems

Custumer be aware! They are CROOKS!!Plain and simply. After two months they Refuse to pay back a deposit of 100E. They say they paid it. Still they don t produce the actual deposit slip from the bank.. EXPEDIA IS OF NO HELP! I hold Expedia also responsable for such behaivior. All in all a terrible experience.

In case guests have done a lot of damage to the apartment, then the deposit is naturally not returned is not refundable. Wij hebben twee nachtjes geslapen in dit hotel en we hebben daar een super goede ervaring mee gehad! Bij aankomst was het personeel al erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam (we mochten pas om 15:00 inchecken, maar we konden onze spullen achterlaten en ze hebben een taxi voor ons besteld). De kamer die wij hadden was erg schoon en prima te doen voor twee personen. Wij raden dit hotel zeker aan!

Romslig og fin leilighet med gode senger. Wifi fungerte fint, noe som ikke er en selvfølge. Litt lurvete nabolag, og et lite stykke å gå/busse inn til sentrum. Alt i alt: Meget god valuta for pengene, og et overnattingssted som kan anbefales for en familie på tur til Riga.

Not far from town centre, shops, train station
Easy access to all shops, train station and transport to beach, very modern rooms. All necessary kitchen appliances and tools to cook. Ventilation in hot weather. Good shower. As well washing machine to not care about laundry searching. Good quiet sleep, has parking spaces and children play space. Safe with gates. Staff friendly and have little shop inside for souvenirs and essentials. Overall very nice place to stay for holiday.

nice little apartment hotel in a calm area
Nice little apartment hotel. We were in the main building, which has the reception. This made things a bit easier but the other two buildings are not so very far away, a few hundred meters. The appartment was completely equipped with microwave/oven, fridge and even a washing machine. It was calm and the hotel had very clear signs in the hallway that noise and party was a thing during the night, which is exactly what we were looking for. We slept very well in the big double bed and the apartment was quite spacious. Small convenience markets are in walking distance and we found the prices and opening hours there more than okay. These markets are not part of a chain, which gives it a nice old school touch. But if you need it, a shopping center with a rather big supermarket/mini mall is only three blocks from there. There are multiple bus stops in the area within walking distance. Ask at reception for the coupons for a reduction in price at "Lido" which we found to be really great and down to earth and ate multiple times at during our stay.

Flott rom/leilighet i fin størrelse. Fint uteområde med lekestativ for barna. Hele opplevelsen ødelegges selvfølgelig av sur og nærmest spydig resepsjonist. Har innsjekkingen vært triveligere har hele opplevelsen vært topp.

huone pieni ja ahdas.
Hotelli sijaitsi aivan liian kaukana kaikesta, se oli niin hämärässä paikassa ettei taksit edes löytäneet sinne. Ensin en löytänyt koko taloa ja luulin että minua oli huijattu. En ikimaailmassa menisi sinne enää, olin helpottunut kun lomani loppui. Olin yksin matkalla ja huone oli tosi ahdas, koska sinne oli ahdettu levä sänky. Huone oli tosin ihan siisti, mutta miten ihmeessä siellä olisi voinut tehdä mitään ruokaa, niin kuin oli mainittu. En suosittele kenellekään, en ainakaan lapsi perheille niin kuin esitteessä oli maininta. Nyt jännityksellä odotan saanko takaisin rahan, joka piti vaakuudeksi maksaa saapuessa, jos jotain hajoaa.

N'a pas rempli ses promesses
Le site internet présentait une sorte d'appartement avec coin cuisine (aménagée pour se restaurer en autonomie). Mais au final nous n'avons eu qu'une chambre d'hotêl classique avec un frigo et une bouilloire contrairement aux équipements pourtant cités dans la confirmation de la réservation. Donc ne pas trop se fier au descriptif de la réservation.
