편안했습니다.
오타와에서 몬트리올로 이동중 묵었습니다. 가는길에 편안하게 찾아 갈 수 있습니다. 사진 그대로 였으면 깨끗하고 하룻밤 쉬고 아침에 조식먹고 떠나기 딱 좋았습니다. 밤에 도착해서 아침에 떠나 주변을 잘 둘러 보지는 못해으나 뭐가 있어 보이지는 않았습니다. 하지만 조식이 나름 괜찮아 불편함은 없었습니다. 조식 먹는 식당이 잘 갖춰 있습니다. 조식은 제공되나 식당이 없이 음식을 객실로 날라다가 먹어야 하는 호텔도 있더라구.

Bien en général selon mes besoins la chambre était très bien. Ok pas la salle de bain moderne, mais quand même très fonctionnelle. J'aurais apprécié une tablette en dessous du lavabo pour y placer mes choses. Le personnel est sympathique. Pour le déjeuner, c'est simple mais ça fait la job. Il y avait du jus, café, des biscuits emballés, fruits, yogourt, œufs cuits durs et on pouvait se faire des rôties. Rigaud ce n'est pas un gros village, mais les gens sont vraiment sympathiques.

I stayed here last night and there was no running water for over 6 hours. I couldn’t use the bathroom and couldn’t wash my hands. When it finally came back on, the hot water ran brown for over an hour. The front desk staff were apologetic enough and said I would be compensated. But when I went to check out, I had to ask again for my compensation and was offered $10 off my stay by the manager. I argued and got it up to just $15. The service and accountability of the management was really disappointing.

First of all, thank you for choosing our hotel to stay, but need to be honest, there was emergent happened -- the hot water pipe was broken, so we fixed it immediately, so there was no running water around 1.5 to 2 hours, not 6 hours; and we also provided the drinking water for free, and we did our best, we apologize again for that situation you met

Hotel was ok, room was remodeled but the bathroom was not. The staff was good, breakfast a little poor and the room was noisy. Room was clean.
