Non è insonorizzato niente si può ascoltare tranquillamente le conversazioni telefoniche dei vicini di stanza per non parlare d'altro... non lo vedo sicuramente un 4 stelle!

Struttura nuovissima, pulita ,moderna ben posizionata , pizzeria locali nelle vicinanze da raggiungere a piedi . Rimini offre tantissime attrazioni e locali notturni. Ottima l'accoglienza, puntuale , cortese , sorridente. Camera veramente confortevoli ben arredate , doppi guanciali .bagni puliti diversi amenities . Tisane e the di benvenuto, peccato il frigo bar vuoto , avrei approfittato di una bevuta. Parcheggio riservato a pagamento nella struttura per € 20 custodito ci sta . Buona colazione .

perfetta location per chi vuole essere in pole position sul mare a Rimini! camera pulita, silenziosa e dotata di bagno spazioso con un ampio terrazzo privato su cui ci si può rilassare tornati dal mare.

Hotel molto carino....colazione ottima...stanza piccolina ma per due si può stare...bagno spazioso doccia grande e comoda. Vista mare spettacolare .... Siamo stati qui ottobre e prezzo era molto vantaggioso. Qualità prezzo ?assolutamente sì. Personale gentilissimo e professionale Ottima posizione.. Parcheggio privato un po costoso ma credo sia normale per Rimini Però in questo periodo si trova Parcheggio anche sulla strada

Nice and clean hotel. Wi-Fi is free but weak, cutting off on regular basis which is a bit annoying.

Great location, the standard bedroom is quite small, nice breakfast. Friendly staff. Wifi was poor when sitting in the balcony

Very pleasant, would definitely recommend
I go to Rimini each year for a business event in Winter, and its the second year in a row I've stayed at this hotel. Great location, with a seaview room and balcony overlooking the beaches (which I hadn't requested, so was a nice surprise!). Hotel very clean, and the service good. Right in the centre of town. Good value for money

Nära stranden
Bra rum med stor balkong och utsikt mot havet. Tyvärr ligger en livligt trafikerad väg mellan hotellet och stranden så det är inte mycket mys med att sitta på balkongen, men så verkar det vara i hela Rimini.

Lage direkt am Strand, leider sehr laut
Fas Hotel wirkt sehr neu. Einrichtung und allgemeiner Zustand sind gut, die Zimmer sind sauber. Das Frühstück bietet alles was man braucht. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich der Strand, dh. perfekte Lage für einen Badeurlaub. Auch zu sehr vielen Restaurants ist der Fußweg ca. 10 min. Jedoch ist es sehr laut. Neben dem Hotel befindet sich ein Restaurant, welches jeden Abend sehr laute Live Music hat, unter der Woche bis 24:00 am Wichenende länger. Die Vorhänge bieten keinen Verdunkelungsschutz, weshalb es nicht möglich ist die automatische Beläuchtung am Balkon abzudunkeln.

Das Hotel und unser Zimmer haben uns nicht gefallen. Es entspricht nicht dem Niveau einer 4-Sterne. Als wir reklamierten, hat der Hotelmanager uns beleidigt.

Gentile cliente, siamo sinceramente dispiaciuti di leggere questo suo giudizio e ci troviamo in disappunto in quanto è stato lei ad insultarci e non il contrario! lei voleva cancellare la prenotazione per motivi personali sapendo che ciò non era possibile senza una penale in quanto lei stesso ha scelto (per risparmiare), la tipologia di camera non cancellabile gratuitamente (la più economia). Prenderemo seriamente in considerazione le sue osservazioni e non mancheremo di migliorare ulteriormente il nostro servizio. Torni a provare le nostre camere superior, rimarrà più che soddisfatto! Perfetto se si trova una tariffa scontata
Hotel esteticamente molto gradevole, sia per quanto riguarda l'esterno, la hall e la sala colazione. Le camere sono accettabili, non manca nulla, ma non hanno il livello che ci si potrebbe aspettare entrando nell'hotel; il bagno è mal rifinito, sciupato e non è dotato nè di ventola nè di finestra (almeno quello della mia camera), ci sono poche e scomode prese elettriche nella camera, la finestra del balcone è datata e si fatica a chiuderla/aprirla. Ma ci sono diversi aspetti positivi: letto e cuscini comodi, vasca/doccia idromassaggio, vista mare, vicinanza al centro e varia colazione (seppur con molti prodotti surgelati). Ci tornerei sicuramente, ma solo se trovassi un'altra tariffa scontata; a prezzo pieno sicuramente no, in quanto si potrebbe trovare di meglio.

Super Hotel in Strandnähe mit tollem Frühstück
Super Hotel mit tollen Zimmern und sehr sauber. Unser Zimmer hatte einen riesigen Balkon über Eck mit Meerblick. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse außergewöhnlich gut. Es fehlte an nichts. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

Das Hotel ist eingentlich gut, das Bett bequem, die Jacuzzi-Dusche sollte eigentlich auch toll sein, aber leider war keine Gebrauchsanweisung vorhanden, und, da die ganze Jacuzzi-Anlage schon älter ist, kann man gar nicht verstehen, wie man es benutzt. Die Wände scheinen aus Karton zu sein, man hört alles, was im Zimmer nebenan passiert, besonders wenn ein Liebespaar die ganze Nacht lang schreit. Ich war gezwungen, zu drohen. 8 Euro für einen Tee finde ich unverschämt, auch wenn es direkt ins Zimmer geliefert ist.

Modern Hotel Well Located
Higher end modern boardwalk hotel with a spacious room with ample storage, large bathroom with a Jacuzzi spa shower and a large balcony overlooking the beach. Many restaurants nearby (Amico across the street for sea food and the Rose & Crown Pub a 5 min. walk plus a Conad across the street). Ceramic tile floors create noise from other suites but most new arrivals clue in soon enough about this. I would come back for certain.

Camera verso strada ma assolutamente insonorizzata, assai ampia con balcone munito di piscina per grandi e piccini. Il personale tutto è assai cortese e professionale.

Gutes Hotel direkt in strandnähe
Personal empfang uns mit einem freundlichen lächeln. Zimmer waren sauber allerdings bisschen klein. Frühstück war sehr gut, nur die angebotenen Kuchenstücken waren manchmal bisschen trocken. Hotel ist eher was für jüngere Leute da abends im Umkreis relativ laute musik gespielt wurde. Im großen und ganzen aber ein sehr gutes Hotel was ich nur weiterempfehlen kann.
