The property overall is pretty good from outside to the entry and to the spa. However, the hotel room itself is very disappointing! The carpet is dirty and dust is all around the furniture. The bathroom is small. The room feel like a motel room. Not enough towels.

El hotel es lindo, la alberca está climatizada adecuadamente, el kids club es muy bueno, los restaurantes están buenos pero son excesivamente caros para Brasil (los restaurantes tienen precios internacionales de Europa o USA, pero en Brasil comes lo mismo por la mitad del precio, por eso son caros). El personal es amable. Sin embargo, tuvimos una cucaracha grande viva en la primera habitacion. Nos cambiaron a otra y encontramos una cucaracha chiquita muerta. Obviamente me molesté mucho, el tercer cuarto si estaba sin cucarachas. Me dieron un voucher de una comida en compensación por este incidente, me pareció una compensación mediocre de parte del personal del hotel que debido a este tema nos arruinó una tarde. En resumen, todo genial en cuanto a infrastructura y atención del personal, tienen buena actitud siempre, pero encontré dos cucarachas en habitaciones (una viva y grande). Ese incidente me hace pensar que la relación costo/beneficio no es adecuada (supongamos que puedes aceptar encontrar cucarachas, digamos que no esperas pagar 300 USD la noche para un hotel donde tengas cucuarachas).

Deixou absurdamente a desejar
Viajamos para uma cirurgia que eu faria na boca, com uma alimentação especial cheguei com o cooler para coloca-las no frigobar, todos os itens do frigobar estavam congelados. Solicitamos a manutenção que não veio no primeiro dia. No dia seguinte ao sair para a cirurgia pedi novamente a manutenção que não resolveu. O chuveiro varia a temperatura e em geral fica extremamente quente, o roomservice não trouxe o que pedimos e a atenção na recepção quando contei o que houve foi deplorável.

Fomos muito bem recebidos e ficamos felizes com a cortesia de uma garrafa de espumante e docinhos no nosso quarto. O quarto é amplo, as camas e lençóis ótimos! O piso de carpete no quarto estava um pouco antigo e manchado - a falta de ventilação no banheiro foi um ponto negativo, assim como a inflexibilidade no horário de saída…meio dia de um domingo no Rio é dureza ainda mais sem uma estrutura para pós praia-piscina!

I love this hotel. The staff was great. The private beach was beautiful but the locals on the beach were extremely irritating. Every minute or two they try to sell you something. These people will not take no for an answer. I was so fed up I left and went by the pool. Luckily they can’t come on to the actual property. The pool was nice and if you are in the mood for a late night snack be sure to try one of the restaurants located on the property. The pizzas are amazing and made fresh to order. I believe there are a total of 26 floors. My guest & I were located on the 19th floor with a partial ocean view which was beautiful. Also the hotel is at least 30 minutes away from the airport but that’s okay because it’s worth the drive. The hotel is located in Leblon & not Copacabana beach. However, Copacabana is literally minutes away from Leblon. The hotel has a shuttle that will take you to the shopping mall & surrounding neighborhoods but not to the airport nor will they pick you up. I did over hear someone mention that there were maybe a 3rd party company connected to the hotel that will pick up from the airport as a round trip but it was pricey. Stick with an Uber. It’s safe & it was under 20 bucks for a 30 minute drive. Please don’t get caught up with the cab drivers because hey will lie & tell you that Ubers are dangerous and you can get in trouble. I believe they use this a tactic to take your money and keep you from using an Uber. Find me on Instagram @kaylerlynette

Very expensive hotel with low quality services in a dangerous area of Rio. For the price they charge you, you can go for 2 weeks all inclusive in the Caribbean. I have to switch rooms 3 times one night I couldn’t sleep because the pillows had a bad smell. It seems like they don’t change the bedding when people leave. Also, cleaning is not a thing there you need to ask for to bring new dishes, change bedding, etc. I won’t be back there. The hotel seems pretty on the pictures but it’s not. The only good thing is close by the beach but it’s shared with locals. It’s dangerous to the point they lift the stairs that connects to the beach at 6pm and you can’t go from this time until 8 or 9am. Overall I rate this hotel as 2 starts with poor quality service. The rooms are outdated and smell bad. Overall in the area smells bad to the point that I didn’t want to be there.

Fiquei hospedado nos quartos do andar Sheraton Club que são os quartos mais novos (de acordo com o recepcionista), porém não tem nada novo. O chuveiro sai pouca água e o registro caiu no meu pé, o piso de carpete antigo e do quarto você fica ouvindo o barulho do elevador subir e descer. Tive que mudar de quarto e mesmo assim tive dificuldade com a cortina que estava caindo e deixou meu quarto claro pela manhã e uma vizinha que ficou falando alto as 2:00 a.m. Pelo preço que cobram, é inaceitável os problemas que cobram.

It was amazing, the hotel is beautiful with a great location, staff was amazing, food was great so were the drinks! Rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. I give it a 5 star!!!!!!! The pool area was very nice and it had a private beach, the view from the hotel was beautiful.
