We stayed in Andaluza for 1 night. It is located in the outer limits of a small town called Riobamba. It was very easy to find as you can see it from the road. The staff was extremely friendly and you could feel that they just wanted to make you feel welcome. At the reception, they welcome you with a traditional drink called Canelazo, which is made of hot passion fruit juice and small amout of spirit... It was delicious.
The rooms were neat and bed sheets were pristine. The building is all vintage and decorated with antique tools. Very well equiped with all basics, plus flower decorations and local fruits.
We slept very comfortably. They have activities like horse riding and cow milking which you have to reserve the day before. The food was delicious, both local and international cousine.
Definitely, their best asset are the views as the hotel is surrounded by mountains. A place to rest, relax and recharge your energies. We just hoped you could stay longer.
