In regards to pricing: while we would like to price our rooms lower, our current prices reflect rising costs, and you will likely find that less expensive properties are not able to offer the same amenities (free high speed WiFi, parking, breakfast, swimming pool, etc.). We were able to replace the hot water recirculation pump, so we have hopefully solved the water issue already.
