This property is just awful. It’s not a hotel but this is a condo with a few rooms converted to a hotel/airbnb. There’s no concierge or help. When I entered there was no toilet paper and there was absolutely no water running from the taps. It was all bare bones. I would never recommend this place. I checked out of here 20mins of being there. It was horrible. There is no staff around to help. The person in contact replied to me 30mins after reporting the issue but still no help nor support of any kind.

We loved our stay here. It was very quiet, clean, and modern. The location was perfect to walk to local restaurants and the beach. We loved that we were able to walk everywhere. If you are looking for somewhere away from the crowds and very peaceful, this is the place for you!

Not a good host.......
The host's website took us to a different location, the map was incorrect, walking around with our luggage was not fun. As well once we got there we realized that they used roof top pictures from the other location which was nicer. There was no coffee maker. not one sharp knife in the drawer, no dish towels, the kitchen sink plumbing let go and flooded the floor with food scraps, the floors were dirty and there was no broom or anything to clean the floors with. The lockout room has a paper thin door and the snoring from next door was horrendous, it was if they were in the room with us. When we asked to cancel and get a refund from the host, we were denied. Location was good.

The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Photos were misleading, unit has no balcony and faces a fairly busy street. This is unit B which is directly connected to another unit, you could hear everything in the next room. Fine for a one night stay.

We were placed in a connecting room of an apartment. There was a door in the room that seperated us from our neighbors which was so uncomfortable and awkward. The walls are so thin we heard all of their conversations. The hotel does not provide basic essentials such as a blow dryer, in room safe, cups, and toilet paper which you have to get on your own. The water pressure of the toilet is weak and lets you flush once every 30min or so. The property does not give you anything for your money except a bed to sleep in. I find that cheaper motels/ hotels worldwide offer more than this hotel when it comes to the basics. All types of cleaning services including clean towels, and sheets are extra so if you're staying 5/7 days it's not worth it to stay here. You can get a little more for your money by staying somewhere else. Overall it was an ok experience this was our first time not doing all inclusive and would not come back to this particular property. The good thing about the hotel is that it is not too far from 5th Ave. The rooftop pool is nice with a good view, and they keep the grounds clean. Also the staff is very nice :) Bare in mind they do not take credit card deposits but ask for 300USD cash on arrival, this makes it inconvenient for converting back and forth if you do not live in the US.

Cool Apartment in Playa
Our hostess Julietta was responsive and super nice. The location is PERFECT and the apartment is nice, modern, quiet, safe and relaxing. We did enjoy our 5 night stay. There are things that could be improved to really make this an Excellent overall experience, listed here by my priority: No coffee maker!!!!! No small broom/dustpan or mop. They only clean once per week so needed if stay more than a couple days. No furniture on balcony to sit and enjoy outside. 😟 Only 2 bath towels, one hand towel and no wash cloths! We were able to use the two pool towels as substitute as our stay was over NYE and too cold for pool, but would have been a big problem if warmer and would have used them for beach or pool. The door deadbolt hole needs to be fully routered-out so the bolt fully engages with the wall and fully locks. I didn’t worry too much as the building is secure and there is a safe in the apt., but needs to be repaired. Damage deposit must be paid in cash and is not disclosed on reservation. This would be a deal killer for me if I knew in advance. I would be happy to pay by credit card. Teflon pots/pans need to be replaced w safer ceramic, and coating on the apt. pans is destroyed anyway, so really unsafe. Fortunately, we didn't use and we only boiled water. Refrigerator constantly leaks water on floor if the ac in the apt. is not constantly running. Surprisingly, a lot of water, and again, not enough towels. I think would be ok if weather is dry and warmer so ac runs.

Mala experiencia… las fotografías muestran otra cosa, el edificio si cuenta con las amenidades, pero la habitación olía mal, mostraba fotos que son, no tiene ni secador de pelo, el agua se sale de la ducha al baño, dos toallas para dos días para 2 personas, escribí y nunca me respondieron. No recomendable.

If you're looking for a walkable property where you can experience it all at an affordable price, this is it. It was clean and modest. The rooftop pool was great and all of the staff we encountered were kind. Expect to pay around $12 if you need any laundry cleaned. It's a terrific and fast service. Do note, you'll need to purchase paper towels, additional toilet paper, Lysol wipes (or other cleaning mechanism), all toiletries, and bottled water. It would behoove you to bring additional towels as they do not provide an adequate amount per guest. You may also want to bring a noise canceling machine. We'd stay here again for a shorter duration because it was clean, has gated parking, and is affordable.

This was a basic room, not deluxe as billed. Getting service was difficult and they screwed it up. Would recommend not staying at ANAH Downtown No amenities.

Nice property
This is a nice property and I had a comfortable stay. It is a very spacious and well equipped condo. I didn’t realize that it’s not an actual hotel until I checked in. I received a message from the very kind concierge who gave instructions to open a lockbox to collect the key. The bed and pillows are very comfortable and it’s quiet so I had a great sleep. I only stayed one night but I think this would be a good spot for a longer holiday, the location is great, close to groceries and restaurants but away from the noise of clubs and bars. The booking site said there is a rooftop bar but when I went up there for happy hour it was no longer functional, doesn’t look like it’s been open for a long time. Also I don’t know that I’d care to use the pool loungers, they look a bit sad. Also, although there is a spacious balcony, there is no furniture on it so sitting outside with a coffee or drink wasn’t possible. I would stay again though, the price was excellent and the apartment was very comfortable.

My trip was good and the places was clean and roomy, I would suggest cheaper rates for cleaning and Newer Towels...also get a Back Up Generator for the Building when the Power goes OUT...And a Special Thanks to My Concierge Julieta she was amazing and deserves to be paid more...and to the Maids too thank you ALL.

Fui solo por negocios y decidi quedarem aqui por 1 noche , el lugar esta muy centrico, fue fácil llegar y entrar a la habitación , el contacto con el host fue bueno y a tiempo, para viaje de turismo es buena opción El problema es que la habitación que me toco no tenia ni mesa o escritorio para poder trabajar y el baño no tenia Jabon. Estuve solo 1 noche pero como lo indico en el titulo no es apto para viajes de trabajo

It is located in a great spot. It has parking and pool area. The room was ok but it was missing a small fridge, iron, a safe and hair conditioner. The A/C seemed to be locked in the same temperature and I would have been better to have a cooler room due to the very hot weather

We would not stay here again. The room wasn't cleaned the three days we stayed. We had to use the same beach towel all three days. There was no body soap, or conditioner in shower. Water pressure in shower was very weak. There weren't any face cloths either. However, the location was good, as well as the price. Air conditioner worked well. The bus station was nearby, and many restaurants too.

Pros. 1. Quite close to downtown. Easy to walk around. Cons. 1. Reception’s working hours until 5pm. - if you check in later than 5pm you will have hard time like me. 2. Concierge is not working so if you need amenities you can’t receive them. 3. The tower was not cleaned and they just bought it as new one them place it. If felt smell and debris … 4. After their working hour they urge to pay through Paypal others they don’t accept. 5. Toilet is so badly not cleaned, and not tidy. Conclusion I won’t come back what so ever. Too bad experience.

Aceptamos diferentes modalidades de pago y en diferentes monedas. Las toallas acaban de ser compradas por lo que quizas sitio alguna pelusa o hilo que aun contienen por ser nuevas .Lamentamos que no lo haya disfrutado y esperamos poder tener una próxima oportunidad para recibirlos y que cambie su perspectiva .

C’est un genre d’Airbnb avec un gardien. La chambre était spacieuse mais sans aucun meuble excepté le lit et le meuble tv. Rudimentaire. Les personnes à la réception ne s’occupent de rien, chaque demande se fait avec notre concierge par whatsapp. La piscine sur le toit est cool et relax avec ses transats dans l’eau. Le point mega positif est que la responsable nous a permis de laisser la voiture dans le garage pendant les 3 jours ou nous étions à Cozumel.

It started off bad… I arranged with Jose the point of contact for my stay to modify my with me arriving to later. I did ask for any adjustment to the prepaid reservation. After I explained to Jose that I wanted him to know I would be coming, but later by two days. He told me, alright but I needed to inform Hotel.com. When I told it was already changed at the property with Jose. Hotel.com with a very thick Indian accent insisting I needed to allow the “normal process” to work to get a refund. I shared I wasn’t trying to get an adjustment, he added I need to put a $350.00 charge on the card we have on file. He wasn’t understanding me, but made plain I get my money back. I challenged his thoughts of charging me 350.00 to get back $230.00 back. He went on to say this is the normal process I would get my $350 waved. 48 hours late I received a email stating I would lose the $580.00, sorry. The property has issue with there two stage toilets. The toilet plugged/stopped up for 12 hours with crap. After It was cleared the weak flush power restored; worked for liquid and small amounts toilet paper. I told Jose I would use the public toilet on the 6 floor. My room was 101. I kept discovering small ants in all parts of the unit, but the bed was a regular spot. I was just killing them until I discovered bites on me. I sent videos to Jose of a couple ants on the bed. He dispatch a woman from housekeeping with a can of Raid. She sprayed around the edges of the bed left The can
