1. We were told 3 days before we couldn't have our preferred location because it was occupied. That was untrue, that area wasn't available because the elevator didn't function.
2. We were not told that neither the elevator nor the TV worked. If we'd been told when I called in advance, we most certainly would have cancelled before a penalty occured.
3. When we arrived for a week Wednesday, we were told the elevator and the TV would be fixed by Saturday. Two more deceitful statements by "A".
We enjoyed 3 stays there in the past. If they paid me $1,000 U. S. to stay again, I would refuse. I do not do business with people that deceive me. With bad knees and no elevator nor TV, the trip I saved for 6 months to have was AWFUL.
