사이트에 적힌 조건과 현장조건이 다르니 확인하세요. 그외에 가족끼리 머무르긴 좋았어요.
사진은 그대로인데 포함사항이 다르니 참고하세요. 세면도구없습니다.세면대에 손비누만 있어요. 이불은 거위,오리털없구요. 홑겹이불있습니다. 웰컴드링크는 인포언니말에 의하면 자기가 일한 몇년동안 줘본적이 없다네요. ㅎㅎㅎ 다른 호텔예약사이트에도 같은 조건이던데 세부확인은 어디서 누가하는건지 모르겠어요. 여튼 이 콘도호텔은 무지 아담하지만 단지는 아주 넓고 각 호텔 빌라 상가등등이 많이 있고 단지밖 큰길에는 chedraui라는 큰 슈퍼가있어서 주방이용해서 요리해먹기 좋아요. 수영장은 아이들과 놀기 딱좋은 깊이와 크기여요.카약은 무료로 빌려주는데 타고 해변도 갈수있어 좋아요. 좀 낡은 숙소지만 침대도 침대보도 깨끗하고 가구도 사용하기 딱 좋구요. 저흰 방에 전구가 안들어와서 얘기하고 2층에서 1층으로 방을 바꿨는데 수영장하고 바로 연결되고 주차도 문앞에 바로하니 큰트렁크옮기기도 수훨했어요. 근처에 이만한 조건과 금액의 숙소는 없었기에 가성비 갑이였다 말할수있겠어요. 인포에 carla maya는 진짜 친절하게 안내해주니 큰 불편함없이 있다 가요.

They seemed to be in the process of doing some repairs on the outside of the building. It was kinda noisy during the day, but nothing too obnoxious. The worst part of the stay was how uncomfortable the beds were. They also have some pretty strict rules about not being in the common areas after 8pm. I wouldn’t choose this property again.

Nos hubiese gustado que nos dijera durante su estancia que no eran cómodas para Usted las camas y podríamos haber buscando una solución. Tenemos horario de uso de instalaciones como en cualquier hotel o Condominio. Ustedes podían disfrutar de su terraza que estaba justo frente a la alberca hasta el horario que quisiera, la alberca tiene uso hasta las 8 pm. Gracias nuevamente. Un cordial saludo!

The property was suitable for sleeping and luckily that is all we intended to use it for. There were many things "out of order" like the outlet in the bathroom and the holes in the wall where a TV and cables were removed. The windows didn't lock and some other deferred maintenance. The pool always looked clean but we didn't use it. We didn't see anyone else in the pool either. There is no front desk or really a presence of employees at any time other than every other day towel service. All of the activities listed as "on site" really are more "in the town" of Puerto Aventuras and not specifically at or for the hotel. It has potential, but the feel is more like a condo building that has been deserted and new ownership may be trying to turn it into more of a rental opportunity. Not a bad place but not everything that is advertised.

No tenemos otro servicio directamente nosotros más que para asesoría de la zona, tours, traslados, etc. No contamos con recepción pero si hay personal en el lugar y contacto para que, ante cualquier duda o solicitud pudieran acercarse con nosotros. El lugar es un condominio de renta vacacional y los departamentos equipados con utensilios básicos de cocina.Estamos trabajando para mejorar algunos aspectos y estamos muy agradecidos que los mencione para nosotros hacer foco en estos puntos. Muchas gracias por habernos visitado y esperamos verlos pronto. Saludos cordiales.

We had no hot water in the apartment we were originally given, but we were able to switch to a room that did have hot water. The manager, Oscar, was prompt, friendly, and effective in helping us with any problems we had with the room.

I think the management does very little to welcome you. Practically you are on your own. They limit their job to open the door to let you in and that's about it. There is ZERO communication. In the room they don't even provide a A BOTTLE OF WATER! at 30C degrees!! and of course tap water isn't drinkable. Arriving at 9pm from a long journey and not offering even water?Forget about sugar or coffee or anything else. Luckly they provide toilet paper at least. Nothing else. I must say it is very very clean. Cleaners deserve all the credit. Location is very good too and the common areas are generally well kept. Our room's furniture was very old and tired, only one lamp. one tiny mirror in bathroom, toilet was problematic. It was just a bare room to sleep. Terrible, terrible lighting. Price is not good value.

Estuvimos en comunicación resolviendo sus dudas y nos hemos acercado a su departamento para saber si todo estaba bien, presentándonos y poniéndonos a sus órdenes por cualquier solicitud que tuvieran. No somos un Hotel, somos un condominio de renta vacacional, por lo que no tenemos ni recepción ni personal 24 horas. En el anuncio solo se ofrece el hospedaje y no contamos con amenidades adicionales. Sobre la habitación, gracias nuevamente por dejarnos sus comentarios, revisaremos cada punto. Saludos cordiales.

Beautiful condo in a nice quiet small town. You can walk to most everything you need and even kayak to the beach. We had a great time and the property is beautiful, especially by the pool, which was right out our back door. Lots of room in the 2 bedroom condo we reserved. Would definitely recommend this place.

Great property, the pool was fantastic and the location is super quiet, but still walkable and we felt very safe. The room was basic but comfy. We're already planning our trip back for next year!

Algunos Detalles en el baño y regadera, el agua se acumula en la regadera, la toalla para cecarse las manos se encuentra colgada muy alta, el rollo de papel de baño esta incomodo de alcanzar, hay un detalle en la pared a lado derecho del lava manos a la altura del piso.

The property is very nice with a topology that makes all rooms face the pool/garden and is secluded, making you feel that you are isolated from the rest, but right next to all things, for all budgets and tastes. I dislaked having maid service every other day regardless of your date stay. We got our rooms cleaned the day of arrival, right when we arrived (????) and the day we left, after we left! The kitchen facilities where excelent and we had pots and pans, plates and some cooking utensils. No pool towels available -no big deal- but also no toiletries so bring your own soap, shampoo etc. and consider the advantage of a secluded place also means nothing walking distance, you need a trip to town, where right at the entrance there is a large supermarket where you can find anything you need included pharmacy and a wine selection.. Overall, I had a very pleasent time.

Agradable limpio a unos metros de una bonita caleta publica. Solo que falta atencion ya que no tienen sanitizantes ni agua para beber ni un salero. Solo nos dieron 1 jabon muy pequeño para todos. No encuentras a nadie que te apoye en tus necesidades. Hemos ido a otros deptos y de cortesia te dan cuando menos unas botellitas de agua encuentras sal azucar sanitizantes detergente para trastes AQUI NO HAY NADA. En estos tiempos encontrar un frasco de sanitizante o gel antibacterial en un hotel o depto es muy importante.

Buenos días! Gracias por sus comentarios. Son muy valiosos y nos sirven para mejorar. El Condo no cuenta con recepción 24 horas pero a todos nuestros huéspedes se les contacta por whatsapp o teléfono y cuentan con ese contacto para poder solicitar o consultar lo que sea necesario. Tenemos amenidades de jabón y shampoo en cortesía para la llegada en todas las habitaciones y como también se colocan 2 botellas de agua por departamento para que luego pueda conseguir lo necesario de acuerdo a lo que deseen. Con respecto al gel antibacterial apreciamos su observación y los departamentos son sanitizados antes de cada llegada y salida de los huéspedes. Nuevamente le agrademos por tomarse el tiempo de escribirnos. Saludos cordiales!

The woman who checked us in was very nice and helped a lot. The pool was nice. BUT the property is worn down, bugs everywhere, no hot water, no wash clothes, beds are hard, not firm, more like a rock. I would not stay again

Tips for stay - bring water& keys in keybox
Make sure that you bring drinking water, coffee and food as it's a long walk to a supermarket. There is key boxes so no need to have a fix arrival time, you just need the Condo number and the key box number. A hotel beach is very close but not sign posted so ask reception.

Rent och fräscht, låg lite längre bort från restaurangerna och allt men vi tog både promenad och hade hyrbil så för oss var detta perfekt. Extra plus för kajakerna man kunde låna och Fabi som var snäll och hjälpte oss vid minsta lilla fråga.

We liked the location, the pool, and the staff. We liked the size of our apartment and the size of the bathrooms. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. The pool was inviting after we snorkeled all day. Staff was great and very helpful! We didn’t like our room. No table lamps, no headboard (at first), tiny kitchen with no oven. Very few flat surfaces on which to place things. We ended up using a kitchen chair to hold our toiletries in the bathroom and two little tables from the balcony to hold our food. The couches were uncomfortable and except for the material, didn’t go together in style or proportions. Every faucet was corroded and therefore dirty looking. I could only access WiFi from half of the apartment and it was slow or sometimes just off altogether. The hotel was pirating their WiFi.

terrible check in....noone there to check you in!
I booked a room for my wife and I and another room for another couple vacationing with us but arriving at a different time due to flights. They arrived first. there was noone in the office, office was a tiny sign next to a door, impossible to see from the street. sign said push the ring doorbell and someone will come. noone ever came to help them. When my wife and I arrived, we had the exact same experience but much more difficult because it was after dark. Hotel says 24 hour check in.....but that's not true....noone even there to check you in. Our friends greeted a maid cleaning one of the condos....she asked if they were staying...they said yes...she said she didn't know where the office person was but since they were waiting, she cleaned a room and let them in. Luckily my friends both speak excellent spanish to explain to housekeeper the situation. A few hours later when my wife and I arrived. there was still no office staff and they didn't answer the doorbell. I tried to call and the phone number didn't work. I tried to online message and got no answer. the office door was cracked open a bit so we found a key to a room and luckily it was clean and noone was in it. So at least we didn't have to stay outside.....I've never had a worse experience trying to simply check in!

El lugar esta hermoso, con acceso a la laguna para hacer cayak. El condo esta lindo solo que los muebles muy viejos e incomodos! La atencion de Karla la administradora excelente. 100% recomendable!!
