완전추천 !!
렌트 한다면 추천할만한 호텔. 깔끔하고 넒고 주차장도 넒고 숙박비도 저렴해서 너무너무 만족스러웠어요. 구글이 이상한 길을 알려줘서 조금 헤매긴 했지만. 위치도 좋고 완벽해요. 플라야 델 시내가려면 메가마트에 주차 해놓고 걸어가세요

렌트카 이용자가 이용하면 좋아요.
자동차를 렌트하신다면 아주 좋은 호텔입니다. 위치적으로 각종 액티비티를 할 수 있는곳과 툴룸등이 1시간 거리 안에 있습니다. 플라야 델 카르멘 식당가는 차로 10분 거리 입니다.식당가 근처 주차장 요금이 시간당 500원 정도 밖에 하지 않아 차를 가지고 가셔서 식사하시고 저녁 산책 하시면 됩니다. 차 없으신 분들에게는 불편하실 수 있지만 차 있으신 분들은 주요도로에 있어 여러가지로 편리합니다. 조식은 보통입니다.

The price and some of the amenities such as coffee maker and the pool. I didn't lile the access to public transportation such taxi and shared rides. Some the employee need a little Customer Service training.

The hotel room is dirty and smells very bad, mold everywhere, no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom, bedding and towels are also dirty and yellow, limited food varieties and almost nothing left after 9am, coffee tastes like water and breakfast fruits are not fresh and made my daughter had a diarrhea. It’s not a hotel! It’s more like a motel!!!

El hotel necesita mantenimiento, en la habitación, el mueble está trabado, el espejo dañado y viejo. El desayuno es igual todos los días, no hay variedad. Las toallas están viejas, con agujeros y manchadas, y por 2 días no habían toallas, éramos 4 y sólo dieron 2. Pienso que podría mejorar.

Habiamos visitado este hotel hace varios años, y estaba en muy buenas condiciones, creo que no han cambiado nada desde ese entonces. El tubo que sostiene la cortina de la regadera, estaba completamente oxidado, la cortina rota completamente, la puerta del guardaropa zafada, el hotel por la parte de afuera ,esta muy sucio, necesita por lo menos una pintada urgentemente!. El personal muy atento, y nos ayudó con solicitar taxis para ir a la Quinta Avenida, que tambien puede recorrerse a pie, se puede llegar en menos de 15 minutos.

Pros: Easy access from the fwy. Secure free parking. Free breakfast. Bed was soft. Clean sheets. Room was clean! Price was good. Cons: Very dated. Rusty lampshades. Paint peeling from walls. Furniture dated and worn/damanaged. Couldn't open sliding glass door myself. Walls paper thin. For Wyndham, I expected a lot more! Whoever owns this building really needs to invest in new furniture and upgrades in the bathroom and vanity areas. The staff were fantastic!! Very friendly.

This hotel is a hidden gem! It is not close to stores and restaurants but we were looking for quiet and comfortable and that it is! The beds were so comfortable I didn’t want to leave! The breakfast was adequate but we were late so it wasn’t really fresh by the time we got there. I would definitely stay again!!

The property is tired and a lack of maintenance contributes to the overall tiredness. The breakfast is a joke. We ate at McDonalds as it was better than what was served at the hotel. The pictures on the website for the hotel are either from another hotel or taken years ago. The staff are accommodating and the rooms are clean, with comfortable beds. The outdoor pool is small and shallow and generally has leaves blowing into it all day long. Parking is acceptable and free. Overall, the hotel is adequate but only to a 3 star status and the lack of maintenance just makes you feel like the management doesn't really care.

El bufesatuno in luido es muy pobre y la sorpresa es que y pague hasta la noche del 20 de enero y querían cobrarme otr noche las toesllas percudodss y rotas y lo más el hotel cobró un extra por impuestos locales aunque se había pagado la estancia adicionalmente cobro 342 pesos esto es fuera del pago que se hizo or hoteles . Com por los disss del 9 al 20 de enero de 2024 esto es iun. Abuso o robo

Desayuno buffet, bueno , solo falta que la comida esté a más alta temperatura porque está tibia y en lo que se consume se enfría fácilmente ,lo demás es en general buen servicio y sobre todo la ventaja de que cuenta con estacionamiento.

Helt okay hotel m. parkering på sikkert sted
Aircondition i receptionen og endnu værre i kantinen var på utroligt lav temperatur. Det var helt uvirkeligt at man skulle tage minimum en trøje på. Morgenmaden var ok men inget wow. Ellers var personalet venligt ig hjælpsom. Mit rum var stort. Et stort minus var fusk rengøring i badeværelset. Der hvor der stod sæbe og shampoo på var ikke rengjort. Sæberester fra andre gæster. Pool området var hyggeligt. Hotellet behøver en renovering, det er lidt slidt. Slidte håndklæder. Fik bede om et håndklæde til hænder/ansigte. Fik kun badehåndklæder, men de havde ikke andre. Dog fik jeg et mindre til ansigtet
