간단한 음식을 해 먹을 수 있는 호텔
호텔에는 풀장이 있었으며, 취사도구가 객실마다 있어서 간단하게 식사를 준비할 수 있어서 좋았다. 호텔에서 시내 중심가, 비치까지 걸어서 2~30분 거리로 가까웠으며, 대중교통을 이용할 수도 있다. 특히, 저렴한 호텔투숙 가격이 매력적이다.

The water pressure was very very low- but then it was fixed by hotel- no hot water at all -- and no light by sink- lots and lots of noise--- even had an employee wake me up while i was asleep- knocking on door- will never ever book with expedia again

We do not understand your inconvenience, as we use everything to make your stay a pleasant one. If you knocked on the door, it was because the doctor came to see you as you asked, we did not let people from outside the hotel, unless a request from the guest, that's why they knocked on the door, to notify you that you had already arrived . No reserven en esta basura de hotel, llegue a mi reseevacion y me dijeron que no tenian habitaciones disponibles, dejan a la deriva al cliente sin habitación y despues no quieren reembolsar el dinero.

OK for a couple of nights
I stayed multiple days and almost never was the room serviced. Breakfast is extremely minimal. The place was being remodelled and there was a lot of noise during the day. The room was clean and the AC worked really well. The location is far from the beach but still walkable. Good shower. WiFi was OK.

The place is good, it is an small hotel with everything you need. Great staff and service. My only complaint was the bed, I believe it is a basic need and they fail so bad, it was clean and comfortable but the sheets were too old that you can see any kind of mark on it. I’m not a picky person but they need to change their sheets! Another thing, they’re renovating, ask if they finish before booking with them. Rest was good, very good price and I insist their staff is amazing!

I am not sure if Casa Tortuga is the same as Casa Alejandra as the outside sign reads “Casa Fifi” If this is the same property, the neighborhood is eery and felt not friendly. The guy at the front desk is nice and helpful.

Make sure to attain a charger from their country. Hard to charge devices, had to use the usb portal from a TV in the room. THE STAFF WAS SWEET! Do not be intimated to speak and ask them to repeat themselves. I paid for a balcony with beach view. There was NO beach view. I was literally looking out into the street. Also there didnt ask for a deposit or any other fees! THATS A PLUS. Many hotels charge extra fees! Thank you guys for having us

Me gustó mucho, la recepción muy amable, el lugar es tranquilo y seguro, acogedor, sólo recomiendo al hotel poner un poco de atención en detalles pequeños como que la mesita personal se encuentre estable (que no se mueva, ya que se me cayeron varias bebidas) por lo demás, muy limpios, el cable funcionó súper bien, la alberca limpia, está muy bien con respecto al precio

Como estavamos de carro optamos por reservar a pousada. Vimos pelo maps que a pousada fica a uns 10 min do final da 5a avenida. O café da manhã é simples mas nos atendeu muito bem. O quarto que ficamos era grande e o microondas foi de grande serventia pros dias que chegamos super cansados.

Location and price were great. Staff was very friendly, professional, and the rooms and property were spotlessly clean. However, hot water runs out very quickly (2 minutes) and there was a slight sewer smell from the shower. No safe box in the room.

El hotel es bastante agradable además de que esta muy bonito, tranquilo y aunque no esta muy centrico, la avenida se encuentra a escasos pasos del hotel y donde el transporte pasa muy seguido, lo recomiendo totalmente.

En la reserva que hicimos nos daba una cámara king size pero el personal del hotel nos dijo eso era un error de Expedía.mx y que siempre es así y ellos asignan camas matrimoniales si reservas por este medio, además nos quería volver a cobrar el costo de habiatacion porque a ellos no les aparecía el cobro. Nos tocó el tercer piso y las escaleras son muy desiguales y es difícil subir con equipaje. Es un hotel que está por debajo de o que cuesta, pero pasar una noche puede estar bien.

El hotel es muy bonito, tranquilo y comodo. Me decepciono un poco el desayuno ya que es super sencillo y no es mucho como para que alcanzara a todos los huespedes ( tenian unicamente 4 platanos para dar a todos los huespedes). No hubo gran variedad de alimentos (se limitaron a pan tostado con mermelada, cafe, fruta (4 platanos un día, 5 rebanadas de sandia otro día, 6 naranjas y asi sucesivamente)
