Thank you for taking the time to comment. Our hotel is eco-friendly and since most of our planet consists of saltwater we use a watering process that mostly desalts the water we use. Due to the same reason, our rooms do not use air conditioning (which is stated on our website and confirmed on other booking sites that we only use ceiling and floor fans). Our website also has a tab with images corresponding to each room category and type. Tulum is a very expensive place to visit especially during the high seasons such as spring, summer and winter breaks.
