Good morning Mr. Greg, first it was a pleasure to have you in our hotel and to know that you liked the property. Regarding the problem of noise from the neighbors, we do everything in our power, even calling the police for support, unfortunately and as other city, the authority does not support as one would like, as for the hotel the work starts at later time, the staff is actually in charge of external people and when we hard that they started working we kindly asked them stop. Regarding the A/C, we are taking the right measure to prevent this with future reservations. Just Keep in mind that to keep the room cold, every door and window must be closed properly. Buenos dias, demasiado facil esconderse atras de "anonymous" , aunque sepamos quien es usted, que firmo llegando el comprobante del pago y la tarjeta de registro. Las habitaciones en planta baja no cuentan con frigobar y la regadera/baño estan funcionando perfectamente. Ya basta de contar cosas que de verdad no son verdaderas, es una mala imagen para ustedes, que en lugar de llegar en 2 personas, llegaron 3, intentando de entrar en una habitacion de solo 1 cama king, sin pagar la persona extra. Me quedo a la espera de sus comentarios. Saludos
