First of all we want to thank you for choose Paradisus playa del carmen in your last vacation. It is a shame that the beach conditions did not suit your expectations. The ocean brings naturally to the shore fragments of the coral reef and it is forbidden by law to subtract them from the beach. We have a beach cleaning program to remove rocks and seaweed to provide an confortable relaxing area to our guests. On the other part, we are sorry to read that your expectations regarding food at our restaurants were not fully covered at all. You may feel assured that we transferred your notes to our Chef´s, in order to provide all of you unforgettable culinary experiences.
