Dear Ilda Thank you for your comments, please below read our answer to clarify this situation with real facts to the rest of our guests.The pool and almost everything in the condo are like the photos, and as always is about perception. I apologize if it was not enough for you. The receptionist was present from your arrival ( giving all the details even twice because you asked to repeat all the info to your kids) until you left. Even by phone 24/7 when she tried to ask you to pay for the bikes that you used the rent was 200 mxn and to avoid the payment you blocked her on Whats App. Our condos are completely clean at the moment of your arrival and we advise that you have a cleaning every other day, you told the receptionist that you did not want OUR people in your apartment and when you got your towels change you throw them to the cleaning girl's face. About the sign, the receptionist explained that it was a misunderstanding, and actually, it was removed immediately. We are always trying to improve and we appreciate your feedback but in this case, it is really important to bring real facts.
