From the start the lady at the desk was rude! We got up to the room (after driving 16 hours) we tried to turn on the heat and it made an awful clicking noise, it took forever to heat up, then the t.v. did not work, we tried the hot water just in case because we knew we wanted a hot shower, that took forever to heat up! The phone said dial 0 for the desk haha that didn't work either so we had to walk all the way back to the desk just for her to be rude and all we wanted was heat, hot shower and to relax! We had to go through all that! She decided to tell us maintenance had to confirm these issues before changing our room! We were so upset! The maintenance guy came up after 10 min, he was not properly dressed but definitely had more manners then the front desk lady! He heard the heat and tried to call the front desk from the room phone I had to say "that doesn't work we had to walk to the desk" so he used his cell and first thing he said " please change their room the heater is so loud with a clicking coming from it" then started to work on the t.v. We had to wait about 45 min to an hour for all of this just to get to relax for the night!
