Hi Sheila,Thanks for your feedback. Many of the rooms here don't have screens, we find if you keep the window/doors shut at dusk, then mosquitos are minimal. The cabin mattress is a top quality firm IKEA foam, I'm sorry it was too hard for your liking. Glad you liked the rest though, and sorry to miss you on this occasion.

During the pandemic, with a significantly reduced number of guests staying, we are trying our best to allocate a bathroom to a specific room booking. However, we do not have en-suite bathrooms at Up The Creek, the emphasis on our business has always been about sharing, not just bathrooms either. Sadly that is very much not in vogue at the moment.
