Staff was nice, bathroom had barn door on rollers that doesn’t close; odd choice to choose that instead of a hinged door that actually closes for quiet and privacy.

I usually stay at Home2Suites because they are nice and much easier when you have children with you. My problem with this stay was that we did not get the room we paid for, they said that I had to take it up with Expedia, that they over booked the room. They were not helpful at all, I got nothing but the run around from both of them.

The hotel was in a good area not far from food or Walmart. Urban Air is right up the street or walkable.

Unprofessional. No notice about the original room I booked being unavailable until I get to the front desk. The digital key lock for the door was completely loose as if the local swat team was trying to break in and then the manager on duty had the audacity to say how do they know I didn’t do it myself??? Who knows how long it had been like that until I said something. The fact that house keeping “cleans” those rooms daily and none of them reported it speaks volumes about that particular hotel. I’ve stayed at plenty of hotels world wide and never have I damaged anything before but for her to insult my intelligence was a new low for an already low experience. I will never stay at that hotel ever again!

In the first room they put us in, the fridge had used food left in it and the kitchen trash can was overflowing. The beds were made but didn't look like new sheets or blankets. The bathroom sink stopper was stuck so it would not drain. We asked them to fix it, but they couldn't until the next day so they offered us a room on a different floor. The next room was better, but never gave me a good, clean feeling. It felt like it was a quick clean to get the next person in and not as if they were changing it over.

Nice but pet friendly reconsider
Our stay was pretty good. The bed was comfortable. Some issues were the pets. Our room was next to a visitor with a dog and the dog barked most of the night. The shower was not as clean as I liked it to be. I guess because it was pet friendly it was hard to get all of the dog hair out of the shower. I had to buy some cleaning supplies to clean the tub better and the refrigerator was still a little dirty. The traffic up and down the hallway was somewhat loud too for it to be after 10:00pm.

The hotel was clean amd the staff bery nice and helpful. Breakfast wasnt to bad either. The issue was the beds. Noone in my group could sleep because they were uncomfortable.

Staff was amazing! Easy parking in a really good spot for shopping or restaurants. Big down fall is there is an airport close so you’ll hear planes all night. Not super bad, but it kept us up most of the night. Pretty nice hotel however.

My reservation was canceled and I was never notified of this. The front desk told me they canceled it at 1 pm. This was 9 hours before I arrived. I had five kids in the car waiting on me to check in. I have used orbitz for over 15 years and I’m thinking to switch to Expedia. Please confirm I was not charged anything and make this right for me and my family. We had to go from hotel to hire to find a room at 11 o’clock at night. I may have to switch to Expedia.

Wedding reservations!
Daughter and family checking in. Hotel Could not find reservation. Found the reservation under a different name. Parents of groom stopped by to ensure room ready early. Were told will receive call if ready early otherwise 3 pm. There at 2:50. Room not ready. Rehearsal dinner at 4. Did not receive room until 4 after mother went to check on problem. Grandparents of bride received key to room already occupied. Friends room fridge did not work and made noise all night. WORSE part: Bride and groom paid and reserved their room 3 months before. Reservation not found night of! Ended up staying with family!

I liked the location and the room was nice enough and was clean. However, The shower soap dispenser was empty and the toilet paper holder was all but falling off the wall. I shared my concerns both days I was there with the front desk people and again at checkout. That said, none of these items were bad enough for me not to stay there again. I would.

Decent place for an overnight.

Great location just off the freeway and near plenty of options for dining. Staff was friendly, check in was easy, property was in good condition and clean!

It met our needs (family of 5), I liked having a Walmart next door and then a way to easily cook food rather than have to go out to eat because we were tired from driving all day. Hotel breakfast was good and provided many options, the lady at the front desk did a great job setting up considering her support staff didn’t show up for work. Suggestion: Staff should probably use a different location to smoke other than the bench outside the front door. Just a bit tacky.

Staff was rude. Asked for towels and they make you come get them, customer service was terrible. Breakfast ends at 9. You walk down at 8:59 and they are literally cleaning up and don’t let you eat.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
Absolutely disgusting… I will supply pictures to support the quality. Not even close to a Hilton quality- worse than a motel 6. Bed sheets had blood stains, couch bed was FILTHY and no one wanted to sleep on it, floor had multiple large stains and was wet in one spot, hairs on toilet and shower, old fruit loops on the floor, entry way unmopped. We would have turned around and walked out but it was midnight when we arrived from a delayed flight. The only good thing about our hotel stay was the breakfast. $200 needs to be refunded - so gross!

My only dislike was the lack of lighting in the parking lot on the sides and back of building. It was just my son and I getting in late one night and I did not feel safe even though the area is nice, it was very dark.
