Due to appointments at the Mayo, and our need to use
courtesy shuttles to/from motel and clinic, we could not
guarantee we would be able to check-out at the designated 11:00 a.m. hour. Desk staff extended only a one-hour delay. Appointments at the clinic often can run beyond stated schedule, and shuttle services also operate on schedules that passengers cannot control.
Try to find a way to accommodate check-outs that are
delayed by factors beyond the guest's control.
