Hotel extended stay didn’t have all the cooking utensils and blankets needed for 8 guests for the kitchen hotel suite reserved. We had to run to the Aldi across the street to purchase paper towels, cooking utensils, bowls, and garbage bags. The breakfast weekend food was not continental, no meat specified on the buffet. Food was not average. Not planning to stay there again, first time staying there. Thanks.

Dirty, room had dirty utensils, drawers were dirty, noisy being i was roomed by a very large outside unit that constantly ran and shut off every 10 min or less. Light fixtures either didnt work or missing bulbs. 2 out 5 stars at best

We brought 3 of our smaller grandchildren for a getaway. Enjoyed the suites to spread out. They really enjoyed the pool area.

The sinks and toilets werent draining properly and maintence wasnt around to fix it. It was ok otherwise but expensive but didnt seem like it was entirely worth the price.

Check in was ok. Rarely a person at the front desk. beds were comfortable, room was nice. Bathroom floor was dirty, could use a sweep and a wash. Great eating are, lots of room, the food however was something that needs work. Sausage was dry, tator tots were dry, not much variety.

We stayed at this location the night before an early visit at Mayo. The property was well appointed and the staff were very nice and accommodating. It had everything we needed and would be a great location for an extended stay. Will stay here again.

The only downside was the breakfast. They take it up earlier than the stated hours, so if you have kids plan to eat when they open. Everything was gone by 8:30am.

Room was great, kids loved the pool area. Only issue was that the breakfast staff couldn't keep up with the amount of guests at the hotel. If not for that the rating would be higher.

Hotel Does Not Regulate Noisy Guests
The hotel has a responsibility to regulate noisy people so that others can get some sleep. The hotel did a very poor job of this, resulting in lost sleep—the primary function of a hotel.

The room smelled terribly of extra strength cleaning materials. I was on the 3rd floor and could not open the window to clear the air. You could almost taste the cleaner. They did offer me another room which smelled equally bad. So I had to move to another hotel. I have stayed here several times in the past with no problem. But something has changed with the cleaning. But it is not a good change.

We got a 2 bedroom suite so our whole family could stay with us . We went to go open the pull out couch and opened it up and it looked like someone died on the mattress . It was at 11:30 at night so my daughter has to sleep with us in our bed. If you need pictures of the mattress I would be happy to share pictures with you . We went and told the front desk and said they could refund us money but because we booked through Expedia they would only credit them and not us . I would like to know what Expedia is goi g to do to make this right ? Very disappointed Melissa Sowle
