The area had lots of places near by and the hotel was clean and relaxing. My biggest issue was the lack of experience at the front desk. It took over a half hour to check in. Apparently having computer problems which is understandable but the front desk clerk said they just kind of throw them in there. I got charged 5 different times for two rooms! I called and it was like pulling teeth to get my money back. Some clerks could find the issue, others couldn't. They couldn't figure out the difference between booking through Expedia vs hotel. So they said they refunded it, great. Well then I got charged AGAIN. It has been over 2 weeks and I still have not received all my money back. I'm a pretty patient person but this is just insane to me. Completely ridiculous, unprofessional, and disappointing.
