Thank you for staying with us we are sorry you feel that way about the kiosk. We the general managers try to make ourselves know to all guests to let them know we are here as well.

Sorry for your experience. And a non smoking motel. We are a pet friendly motel. We try our best to make sure people don't smoke in the rooms, but we can only do so much. If you had an issue with someone being loud all you needed to do would be to let the kiosk know and they will tell the general managers who are on site 24/7. Thank you

Sorry for your experience. But I have to say. No one was rude. We respectfully told you there was a problem and to please come to the kiosk so we can figure it out. You never came to the front office so that we could inform you that we found the error. Sorry you feel that knocking on your door at 11am is being rude.
