We are sorry about the noise issue that you encountered in your room. In the future, always address the issue with the front desk staff so they can fix the issue at time of the issue. As I attempted to explain to you, whenever going through a 3rd party you should contact them first with billing issues... we cannot change billing when you go through a 3rd party. Thankfully the room was very clean, breakfast was great, and the staff is amazing. I hope you have a great day.
