The people hanging around the place were very sketchy. New owner was very nice. He did everything he could to make me feel comfortable about staying there. In his defense he only took over the property 1 week before we stayed there. If it gets cleaned up you can't beat the price!

The good: the front desk guy was super friendly. He corrected our issue quickly. The bad: trash and empty alcohol bottles all over the property. Halls look like they haven’t been swept in 3 years. There was a bag of trash, an unmade bed and dirty towels in the first room we were assigned bc the cleaner didn’t do their job. The ceiling had moldy spots. Didn’t even bother to take pictures bc seeing the place again would just be torture.

Completely honest review, with some positives and negatives. If you just want/need to get off the road maybe this would be the spot to stay in. It’s very affordable and has two gas stations and one fast food within walking distance. When I arrived the staff was on the phone, so there was basically no interaction. Handed my ID and I got my hotel key. No conversation between us. Some may find it rude but I was just happy it was a quick exchange. The hallway was full of trash bags, which brought in flies. Vending machines were out of order so bring in your own snacks. The tub was old and discolored, definitely wouldn’t want a bath in it. Some of the items in the room were broken, a lamp and no phone. The room had an odor, kinda moldy. No elevator, or none that I saw. I had to use stairs. I wouldn’t rush back to stay here. But it was very nice to find an inexpensive place to stay for one night to get off the road when I just needed to shower and rest. The area was quiet and I could hop right back on the highway to continue my trip in the morning. Overall, it was okay for one night. Bed and towels were clean, which was all I needed anyhow. Hope this will help someone if they are looking to stay.

Never Again!!!
Made a reservation and it took the attendant close to 20 mins to get me checked in. Was assigned room 310 and left out to get ice and when I returned I realized that my door did not automatically lock. When to front desk to tell same attendant who turn out to be the manager and was told he would be there in 30 mins too check door. He never came. Phone in room did not work. Toilet drained slowly but still did not empty out all the contents. Had a patio door that I used to go in and out because it was in back of building and when I went to work for the 2 days just kept praying no one went in my room. When return from work on first night stopped to tell attendant again but rung bell at window for over 10 mins and no came. Upon check out this morning the same manager was there and I told him again about the door and that he said he was coming and he tells me HE IS SORRY, HE FORGOT!!! I will never stay at this place again. As a travel nurse I just wanted to work and sleep but it was uncomfortable so I didn't get very much sleep!!

The front desk guys was nice and courteous but the floor and bathroom of the room was very dirty the shower curtains was full of mold the carpet was really bad and the bathroom was sticky. Really bad if you have kids,and the surrounding areas outside was shaddy people they look like they gonna attack you.

Worst stay I have ever been. I had to stay for a night because I was traveling late at night. No one should even stay in this motel. Dirty, everything is broken and not hygiene to stay here not even for a night. Better of resting in a car.

Expedia recommended this property- that is unacceptable. Trash outside rooms, shabby furniture, room/rug was sprayed right before we entered- rug was still wet! Mirror and counter in bathroom dirty. Was charged extra because the incorrect date was entered- I question how this happened.

The manager on duty behind the desk checking me is was beyond rude. I walked up to the counter and all I got was a rude "Yes?" I've never felt more unwelcome. It looked like a murder scene inside the hotel. Dirt, trash, stains all over the floors and carpet. The minute we walked into our room there was a roach walking on the floor. No toilet paper and stains all over our bed sheets. Thank god we had our own blankets and pillows. It was the worst place I have ever stayed in. We would have stayed somewhere different but we had been driving for 12 hours and it was after 9pm. The place didn't feel safe ever. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Horrible I knew it wouldn’t be good as soon as I walked into the 2nd floor and there was old dried urine in the stairwell (at least that’s what it looked like). Dirty room. Hair all over bathroom. Pubic hairs on the “clean” towels. Stains on towels and sheets. The one thing I was looking forward to was a hot shower but the water wouldn’t even get warm and the paint was peeling of the tub and it was stained and dirty too. Tv was blurry and distorted. WiFi was non existent.

Nice, friendly service but the room was awful! Holes in the wall where headboard used to be. No blanket on bed just top sheet cover. Double room yet only 1 towel in bathroom for 2 people to share. TV was blurry, distorted and not functioning well. Have to take luggage up a flight of stairs with no elevator. Door handles weren't installed right, handle lifts up to open instead of turning down. Room keys don't work right. Even at $50 a night, not worth what you get in return
