Lovely one day…Perfect the next!!
I live locally in the Kimberley and Eco Beach is a perfect getaway from my busy business life in Broome. Apart from seeing many people I know it was still a superb place to relax and unwind. Staff were exceptional. I will definitely be returning.

Eco Beach Wilderness Retreat in Roebuck has beautiful beach views. Birds wake you up in the morning, and it's a good break from phones and computers. There's also a nearby place to eat with good prices. It's a great spot to relax and enjoy nature.

Facilities are very average and old and run down The eco tents are very average. The villas are much better.

Loved the hammocks on the beach and the infinity pool. Bed was comfortable and the tent spacious. Had to find our own table for the veranda, and would’ve liked to know about food storage In the property facilities list. The frogs living in the toilet cistern provided considerable evening entertainment. Overall a great place to stay, very relaxing, beautiful location. Probably good to know about the 10kms of unsealed road to get to the property in advance too.

A beautiful part of the world which is why it's such a surprise that due to Covid they have been unable to secure a spa manager for the season. I'd have though it was a dream job for many. The tent accommodation is really lovely, the staff were fantastic and the food super delicious. The beaches are some of the best in the world. I will be going back.

Paradise by the beach
Beautiful resort on the beach. Family tents well located, comfortable and spacious. Staff were incredible. Food excellent quality and lots of fun activities to do.

The location was beautiful, nice and quiet. Perfect getaway to relax and enjoy the surroundings of nature. Went there for my girlfriends 30th birthday and it was a perfect choice. The staff were really friendly and hospitable. There's also a great selection of food, including the delicious soft shell crab! Highly recommend the Ramada Eco Beach Resort!

The property was isolated and beautiful. We were upgraded and had spectacular views of the coast. The staff were delightful. The pool enjoyable. The fishing tour was amazing and the restaurant food delicious! We had facilities in our villa that allowed us to manage some of our meals and everything was easy.

Stunning location in the middle of nature. A short walk to the beach. Activities available for guests. Food at the restaurant was great! Staff were super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the private dining experience on the beach, absolutely magical.

That was my second time staying here. It was a bit cold but we had such a great time. Pool and beach were nice. The girl that makes the cocktails was very rude to us - not just once!!! But we encountered some great people there: Laura from the Restaurant was wonderful and made our trip very enjoyable after we had a huge disappointment during check-in process. Coffee was great! The maintenance guy from Kenya was extremely helpful and friendly (didn’t get his name either). Sally from housekeeping was very friendly and helped us with some info about the Resort. Leah from reception was very helpful as well. We cannot wait to come back :)

Perfect remote location to relax, enjoy the scenery, do nothing and just appreciate life. I really loved my stay, everything was effortless. Only downside was the quality of the food at the restaurant, but other than that, everything was lovely and pleasant!

Our villa was very private and comfortable, though I think the rooms could be marked more clearly. We parked in the suggested parking area for our room which was actually a long way from our room, so very hot and bothered by the time we found it. The beach is amazing and loved the hammocks and provided shade. The cocktails were impressive. Overall we had a great 2 days.

During our stay we found the Villa clean, tidy and decorated to a modern standard. Staff were helpful and friendly but overall we were underwhelmed with our visit. The room had a broken fridge and no hot water. For the price we paid this was very disappointing. We asked if both these problems could be rectified but to no avail. The resort is key less which I believe should be made clear during checking in The surrounding area is beautiful, quiet and peaceful but the few discrepancies we came across dulled our experience

Communication prior to arrival needs a lot of attention to make customers feel more secure with check in as there is a reception desk, wifi, powerpoints in the tents, guest kitchen with fridge, sink, microwave, bbq & kettle to prepare your own meals, but no cooking facilities, but there is small picnic set & esky in tents. There is a bus service for $45 per person from Broome, out 1.5hrs to Eco beach at 2pm & returns at 10am. No concessions. The pool is small, but nice. The surrounding windows are filthy & sort of ruin that magical picture & feel of luxury. The restaurant area is great, although windows are very dirty, long waits, very basic & limited menu & highly overpriced with small serves. A carrot cake is 9cm square with 3cm meringue & 1 sweet potato crisp $15! Drinks are great.

Love this place! Stayed again in the Eco tent. Location super! Staff excellent! Evening meals at the restaurant great. Place needs sprucing up and a little tlc around the grounds. An extra fridge or two would be great in the camp kitchen. We will be back again next year!

Staff were absolutely fantastic, the food was exceptional, location was amazing. . Issues with electricity and water onsite made it a fairly frustrating experience, but the resort generously compensated for that without us even asking. Disappointed that the two reasons we went there were unavailable. No spa available and mud and bubbles were "tidal dependent" which inspite of several emails requesting to book was never mentioned. On the whole, it was a unique setting with some inspirational ethics. Would definately return.

Firstly, allow us to thank you for your kind understanding on the power issue. Unfortunately we had a perfect storm with our power station, which resulted in failure that was not able to be resolved. We had 4 electricians, myself and our maintenance team working on it non stop. We are back to normal at the moment and will have a new solar system installed over the coming 2 weeks. It definitely was a once in a decade event for the property, so we do apologise that this has had such a negative impact on your experience. We hope to welcome you back in the near future.
